We recently moved after 35 years from a house with a wood burning fireplace to a twenty year old condo with a gas fireplace. I had no idea if the gas fireplace was in good working order or even how to light the fire. So I called Estates Chimney & Fireplace and they sent Allan and Ryan to service the unit. In a little over an hour they thoroughly swept the chimney, cleaned the inside of the fireplace, tested and cleaned (and explained) the various components, and replaced the component responsible for operating the remote control. They were both very polite, very professional, very efficient, and best of all, very patient in answering all my questions. I am very happy I called them and now I can enjoy the fireplace over the winter season with the peace of mind that the unit is working properly and in good condition.

From purchase of a fireplace insert to installation, our experience with Estates Chimney & Fireplace was great. Our installers, Steve and Chris, clearly explained everything to us as they did the installation. They were very personable and polite, and they put a lot of effort into doing a really good job. Allan and Larry were professional and respectful at all times. Installation was great they covered the floor with a tarp from the front door to the fireplace in the family. They would take time to answer any questions during the installation process.
