There were a variety of fabrics and frames to customize the sofa I wanted. The delivery was done in a timely manner and within the time promised.

I had a great experience with Kelly Nowak. She is an amazing designer. She helped me design my master bedroom and I couldn't be happier. Even though we were on opposite coasts, she was always quick to respond, sent multiple samples, design drafts that took into account all the ideas and overall vision I had for my bedroom. She facetimed me a few times to show me textures and combinations to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. It was a pleasure working with Kelly and I will definitely reach out to her when it times for another room redesign.

I wish I could have Kelly Nowak design every room of our new house - she's that good. When an abstract design pattern on a chair caught our eye in the local Ethan Allen store, Kelly worked with us to create the perfect living room area - something that was light and airy without being typical and boring. She accommodated our needs (financial and design-wise) and worked with us to get the perfect coordinating pieces. We are still adding finishing touches but already love our space. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a fresh new look for their home.

We loved shopping at Ethan Allen. Our sale rep was great. What I don't like is the cushions. I wish there was an option for memory phone to help keep them plush.

Yes - it was reviewed and we ordered firm. They just look sloppy after a few weeks and not as crisp as i would have expected with the price we paid. We have contacted the store and rep as well. We are thinking about having memory foam added to the upper part of the cushion (seat side).

Judy Dunn in the King of Prussia store has helped us recently get an EA leather sectional. We love it. I recommend her highly after now this being our 4th room she has helped us furnish. She does excellent floor plan analysis and does a great job over all.

Walked in and went around the entire store. Their decorator looked at me and didn't even say hello. The lady at the front desk just looked at me and didn't even greet us. Very odd how service is just gone from some of our present day businesses. We needed furnishings for a new build. Literally looking for furnishings for everything in every room in the home.

We always heard that Ethan Allen is high end furniture (which it is) but, until we went there we didn't really understand what you get for your money. Three things really impressed us. First, the furniture is incredibly comfortable. Second, you can completely customize the furniture with a huge variety of fabrics, woods, leg styles. Wow. Third, the customer support is incredible. We worked with fantastic designer Samantha Lutz (services are included in the price of the furniture). She came to our home, measured the room and made a computer image of where the furniture would go and what it would look like. We couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Yes, they treat you with kid gloves when shopping. The issues come when, after waiting almost 6 months for the furniture to arrive, the quality is poor. They state in the sale that it's Made in the USA, but then you come to learn it's made in Honduras.

The chairs we purchased are coming apart. They are very difficult to work with, so we have no recourse but to dispute via our credit card.

Buyer beware.

Waited 7 months so far for a tv cabinet. Ordered in June, was told it would be ready early Nov. It's now early Jan.and we can't cancel. Our sales woman keeps telling us "it's in production". Bedroom dresser handle broken on delivery still waiting for the part to come in. Dining room chair had a nick in it, and they did send someone out to fix it and they did a nice job. For the price i expected better.
In response.what email address would you like me to respond to? We've tried calling your customer service and get nowhere. Still waiting on the cabinet and damaged dresser handle.

Cannot recommend Kelly Nowak at the KOP Ethan Allen enough! We initially consulted with her to design our very small family room off the kitchen that we wanted to be a cozy spot for our family to gather around the fire and watch TV and she was so helpful with getting that room put together that we also ordered a full dining set from her! We are so happy to have some quality furniture in our home and look forward to designing future rooms with her once we complete some home renovations!
