Ethos Cannabis Dispensary - Philadelphia Center City

This place always has amazing customer service but Kyle from the caregiver delivery is hands down amazing. I swear his customer service puts chick fila to shame and that’s saying something

Can someone please tell me why all the dispos in Philly charge so much for their products? I haven't and won't go anywhere but ASCEND in Wayne because folks you can get your 8ths and half gram carts for just $15 a piece a wide variety all sure there are other prices but there's a wide variety at this price point and strengths. Just saying.

Stopped in for the first time this afternoon, having zero experience with MM. Staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Was in and out quickly even with registering as a new “patient. ” I will be back, especially because the location is so convenient for me.

Mike was awesome. He greeted me with the most genuine smile. He was incredibly helpful and helped me understand the deals, discounts and delivery service. Frankie was equally as helpful and had me laughing. I loved the vibe here and will be back.

The warmth and insight I've received as a patient at this location has been invaluable as I've adjusted to disabled life. The fantastic compassionate staff makes an authentic effort to understand and address my complex clinical history. Pharmacist Mike Ruggiero plays an active role in my overall care by making impeccable recommendations, and provides critical feedback along every step of my long treatment journey. If you're someone who wants to authentically understand the latest cannabis science for deep healing, this is the place for you!

Great selection of products, definitely take advantage of the site+ pick up. Staff is always nice and very knowledgeable, had answers to every question I have. Also shout out to Mike the pharmacist! Awesome dude and he definitely deserves a raise.

Customer service in the back of the store is great but the receptionist only speaks to certain customers. I came in earlier today, no word to me but when a Caucasian woman came in after me, suddenly the girl at the front desk knew how to greet people.

The employees set up and website were great and getting my prescription filled Was always easy until it wasn’t. My most recent transaction included a tempered jar of flower with only remnants left. There’s no way to find this out until you get home as everything is placed in a bag by the clerk at the front desk I called and left a voice message for the manager, including pictures of the empty jar I purchased but have not gotten any response.

Update** 11/2/23 I’ve stopped in after a while and after some correspondence with the manager to help remedy the issue of being sold the empty container. He reached out to the distributor of the flower but didn’t get any useful response so he assisted me upon my return.

Best in the city, especially when delivered by Kyle. Top notch service from a top notch guy!

Marques was so knowledgeable, so patient with me, even writing stuff down for me to remember later. He even shared that he also suffers from PTSD, as I do. SO nice, excellent employee.

Very professional staff, excellent goods, and after a recent surgery, the caregiver service is always a welcome sight, something like medics on a battlefield. HIGHly recommended.

Comparing to the other dispensaries in the immediate CC Philly area (Restore, Sunnyside, Beyond Hello, Trulieve, Curaleaf), the organization is lackluster and you can definitely discern that some of the staff consider it a chore; parenthetically providing a more cold and discourteous experience. However, Ethos has good stock, and natural selections is a bargain in-house brand.

I dropped into Ethos on Locust Street for the first time yesterday morning and was BLOWN AWAY by the customer service! The front desk staff; Jullien and Keisha were warm and welcoming and the person inside who helped me; Tamirah (Cat) went above and beyond to make sure I was properly informed and had the chance to ask any and all questions. I also love that there are so many opportunities for discounts; SNAP, EBT, Military, Military Spouse, and First Responder as well as a 30% OFF coupon for first time customers! Can’t wait for my next trip there.

This is the only dispensary I go to. The workers are great, medicine is great, and they really strive to make you feel safe and taken care of. Very knowledgeable about the products and brands as well. I have no complaints at all, and genuinely look forward to going to get my medicine as I always have a great conversation that brightens my day. 5/5

Of the four dispensaries I've been to, this is the best on all levels: menu, staff, environment, service; they're all excellent.

The last time I went here someone switched the product out of each jar. I always get the same thing. Mike Tyson was switch and the Tina flower the plastic thing that you pull was already up with 3 buds in it.
