They are so unprofessional, untrustworthy and certainly unorganized three days in a row getting just trying to get 8 loads of stone dust put our whole schedule a week behind.

I've called 5 times today from 10: 45am to 12: 30pm trying to get a hold of the lab. Been connected to the lab 3 times and no one answers. Left 2 voicemails and a message with someone to get the lab to call me back. Waited 45 minutes for a call back and then again no answer at the lab. This is a time sensitive request and it's been hell trying to get someone to give me the information I need. This happened a couple months back too.
