Selena usually does my waxing. If you can get her definitely do that. Shes super friendly and good at her job. She was out last time I went so Megan waxed me and she was good too. The front staff is always friendly and the place is clean. Parking can be tricky but thats the city

I have been coming to this location for few years now. I’ve tried few of the wax specialists and really like Vee! She does a thorough job and also it’s quick and painless!

Just finished my Brazilian wax with Salena, she was soo amazing, I felt basically no pain, she was very sweet and did an amazing job. Everyone at this location was so friendly and accommodating, they were able to get me in and change my appointment around with no problems. I would highly recommend this location and am looking forward to coming back!

Pretty disappointed with my service. I went in for a Brazilian wax and everything was great until I left and got home. The area was pretty red and irritated when I left and my specialist said she did her best so I figured it was good to go. When I got home and checked everything out I found a few pretty decent spots that seemed untouched by the wax (not requested). This is my second experience with European waxing center that I’ve been less than thrilled with so I won’t be going back unfortunately. $70 with tip is a lot of money to pay for the service to not be done correctly or fully.

Great place and service always. Brianna is my go to girl, she’s so nice to talk to and does a wonderful job. The girl at the front desk today (hair in a bun, brown classy nails and really nice brows) also told me some good info on deals. Really liked my service!

Everyone is friendly, they talk to you and make you feel comfortable, and I don't never have no after pains or discomfort

Love the Wax Center on 18th Street in Rittenhouse Square. The front desk is pleasant and helpful. All the operators are professional, and most importantly, they use the best wax at the right temperature.

Was badly injured while getting a bikini wax after going to this location for years and management's response included telling me "well we've never received a complaint for that specialist" when I explained what happened.

I had my first brazilian wax in here and didn't feel welcome (reason why I'm trying another place to get my second wax). The lady doing the wax didn't explain anything about how the process would be, she just told me to lay down and didn't give even me privacy to remove my pants. She started doing it and when she pulled the strips she barely put pressure on. The whole process was a complete torture. The wax was extremely hot (more than what it is supposed to be I believe) and I just didn't feel comfortable. She kept asking if I was okay but I just didn't want to talk because of the pain. Waxing is hurtful and well l still appreciated her effort in trying to make it painless.

I was a little hesitant to visit this location because of some mixed reviews, but I decided to trust those that recommended Karen and all I have to say is that.she’s worth it. It was a great experience and she was excellent in every way. Definitely will be a regular with her! I recommend seeing her if you can (she is highly requested and I 100% understand why now).

I walked in, on time for my appt and was coldly told that my infant was a liability and couldnt go in back with me because they didnt want him bumping around the equipment and get hurt. MY 2 MONTH OLD! When I asked how my infant was a liability, sleeping in his stroller, she just stared at me and said nothing. I walked out. Went to BRAZILLIANS BY CLAUDIA IN MANAYUNK and it looked better, smelled better, customer service was WAAAAAAY better and the prices were better then this place! They let me bring my infant as long as he was in his stroller. European wax center WONT EVER SEE ME AGAIN!

I love them. They are so nice and very professional. I love to see the diversity as well. Made me feel very down to earth and comfortable about waxing.

Booked with Selena and she was the best. She really helped me out with my questions and knew what to do and made me
feel really comfortable the entire time. Really personable and funny too and it was my least painful waxing experience yet:) Front desk was great and so helpful too!

I just left this location after a wax service and wanted to be sure to leave a stellar review! The entire staff were kind and extremely efficient. I saw Selena and she was amazing! She addressed any concerns I had, offered great advice, not to mention a nearly painless experience. She was so personable and made me feel completely comfortable. I can’t recommend her enough! I want to personally acknowledge the professionalism and attention that the receptionist, Tara, displayed. I was running a few minutes late to my appointment and missed the 9-minute grace window. Tara politely and clearly explained my options for rescheduling and swiftly found me an appointment the same day with the same waxer that perfectly fit into my schedule. I've visited several different European Wax Center locations, but none of them had receptionists as understanding and patient as Tara. She's truly a star, and I'm always delighted to see her face when I have an appointment! I know that all my customer needs will be met so that I can actually have a gorgeous day! Thanks Tara!

They I agree I had Selena for the first time and she was wonderful she made me feel comfortable laugh she got all the hair from everywhere and it was over very quick I will come back to her every time, management was great even the front desk gave excellent service

I got my first Wax and Karen was awesome although, for a full Brazilian wax; I shouldn’t have any hair left in the back and I do. That’s discerning for the amount of pain it was smh.

1st time here and received great service. Got a brow wax and the best I received in a while.
