Binal was absolutely amazing! It was my first bikini full wax and she walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable. We chatted the entire time & she was quick but thorough. Highly highly recommend seeing her!

Wish it wasn’t quite so expensive. But that is the only complaint. Waters are incredible and personable. There wax is the best- it’s pretty simple. Won’t go anywhere else

Syreena is awesome and very warm and welcoming. I was very disappointed in the front desk and management staff because people didn't know their return policy and I ended up losing hundreds of dollars. I had to really fight for the money that I was able to get back on top of complain to Corporate.

I was here for the first time yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and it was very clean and spa like. I saw Charlene for my brows and bikini. She talked me through every step and made me feel very comfortable.

Usually really happy with this place. But today I wasn’t. I went to a different girl because mynromal one doesn’t work there anymore and, she messed up my brows and I didn’t realize til I got home and looked at them. My right brow looks wavy and is uneven and not straight. Miss my girl Nicole, she always did my brows perfectly

I have been going to Christy for about a year for all of my waxing needs! She is very polite, always great to talk too and really cares about what she does. She always makes me feel super comfortable and she always has a smile on her face! The reception staff are always super nice and accommodating. Rooms are always clean which is a must for me!

Just came in for my first visit with Charlene and she did such a great job and made the service as comfortable as possible! I would definitely recommend coming to this center to get waxed. Everyone at the front was also very friendly and it was nice and clean!

This has been my go to place for waxing for over a year now. Great customer service, clean environment, and everything is done in a timely manner without the feeling of being rushed. They care enough to always call to remind you of your appointment (which can't always be said for other places) and they're very understanding and considerate when you need to cancel/reschedule. I've been going to Christy and she is amazing! She's done wonders for my eyebrows!

This place is always running smoothly (no pun intended!). Whether I've made and appointment or not they keep everyone moving through quickly, and the staff is professional while also friendly. They recommend products, but are never pushy about getting you to buy them.

The best place! Super professional and they make you feel really comfortable. The products actually do what they say they will do and smell great. Robyn is my girl, highly suggest her to anyone! The wax they use is amazing and don't even worry about the pain, seriously.
