Evergreen Commons, Lock Haven Apartments

Brittney Camerer is the service oriented staff member that I expect when spending money. Her attention to the customer and her eagerness to fix problems that arise need to be commended. This is a staff member that must be retained by the company. My experience would be a 1 out of 5 stars and she single handedly saved that one star review. I do very few reviews but when exemplary service is found it is necessary. Note: I cannot speak of the facility itself, this review is solely based on online/payment process. Brittney.well done.

Evergreen is a great dorm and has great people working there as CAs. Sadie is the best! She is helpful and kind and has made the place feel very welcoming. Thank you!

I have really enjoyed living in evergreen commons. The apartments are modern and spacious. The maintenance team is quick to fix any problems and the office staff are always helpful. It is easy to make connections with neighbors and socialize with friends in the game room or by the pool. Sadie is a great CA and always encourages us to get involved in evergreen’s many community programs.

Im not a resident here but I wanted to let people know Sadie is an amazing CA. She was incredibly helpful the few times I interacted with her. The hospitality at Evergreen Commons is really nice.

I toured evergreen commons and CA Sadie was nice enough to give us some cool recommendations for local food. Had a great time!

My daughter Donaja lives at evergreen and she talks highly about the management at evergreen commons. I think the thing I like most is that each resident gets their own lease! It's beneficial and helpful to both residents and guarantors!

I enjoy living in Evergreen. I live in a furnished apartment and it is very nice. They are also pet friendly which is great. The sidewalks are always kept up well during weather. They have events which are super fun. They also have great CA's such as Sadie Nahman and Donaja Christmas. I also appreciate the security officer, he is very nice.

I visited Sadie last spring and loved staying here! I currently am a student in Pittsburgh and live out there and it’s nothing like Evergreen! The apartments are comforting and remind me of home. The amount of amenities included amazes me because a lot of places don’t included so many. The location is close to campus and town which is a great spot for students to attend to their studies and be close to jobs if they wanted. I can’t wait to visit here again!

My friend stays at evergreen commons and whenever I go visit it is always in great condition. The CA Sadie is great and always doing good work: ^)

I was there visiting one of my sorority sisters, Donaja over the summer. Donaja is a great CA, she gave me a great tour of the complex even though I don’t live there. She is very helpful to everyone that she knows!

I was talking to Sadie Nahman and she was telling me how much she enjoys living there. She said there are game nights and sometimes you offer bagels/cookies/ect.

Personally I don’t live in Evergreen, but I have many friends that do and I spend a lot of time in their apartments throughout the past year or so. On two separate occasions, there were some issues that came up, and Leah, one of the CA’s there, was super helpful to my friends! She was really friendly and you can tell she values her residents. Highly recommend these apartments to anyone!

I have been super happy living in a place like Evergreen Commons. The price is reasonable, the living conditions are nice, and the staff are all welcoming. The CAs all do a fine job and are truly accommodating of any concerns. Shoutout to CA Leah for going above and beyond in the day to day workings at Evergreen Commons.

Evergreen commons has been awesome apartments to live in this year, great service too with quick maintenance and friendly CAs, specifically Sadie as she helped me quickly get a parking pass for a visitor I had a weekend here.
