Love Dr. Nguyen. She really takes time to diagnose eye problems, not just slap a pair if glasses on.

I am writing on behalf of my newly 18 year old daughter.
We gave this doctor many chances, and time and time again, she showed herself to be unprofessional. If this is too long, skip to #3.1) several years ago, the doctor suspected my teenage doctor might have glaucoma (her father has it after an injury), and referred us to a specialist. Several hundred dollars later, the specialist said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my daughter's eyes - just near sightedness.
2) my daughter had a long standing yearly checkup scheduled for this past fall. We unexpectedly received a voicemail that the appointment was canceled. She was ready to run out of contacts, but the doctor made her wait another month before seeing her, forcing her to wear out-of-date glasses.
3) when she finally saw the doctor, the doctor claimed my daughter had already used this year's insurance benefits (though she had not been there in over a year) and incorrectly charged her $580 for her exam and contacts. She called me afterward, and I questioned her father (insurance account holder). He called the doctor and the doctor then charged HIM $440, and claimed they refunded my daughter's account.
It has been nearly 3 months now and the refund has NOT gone through. No one from the doctors office will pick up the phone when I call. We have tried to dispute the charge, but without communication from the doctors office, we cannot prove that the $580 was wrongly charged.
This office has stolen my daughter's money!

I felt like I was buying a car at the East Norriton location. I received a total sales pitch and up sell that I didn’t need. I didn’t bite. I was so unhappy with this treatment that I transferred to an Opthamologist.

Everlasting Eye Care is just simply the best! The staff is incredible. Dr. Nguyen is so professional! I've never waited more than a few minutes when on time for an appointment. I have been to many different eye doctors and this place feels like home; I will never go anywhere else.

PS. I have a severe astigmatism in my left eye and she always gets my prescription correct if it changes. Deserves 6/5

Very bad experience. Misdiagnosis to say the least. Double-check your bill before you leave the office. Don’t mess with your eyes - go elsewhere.

Dr. Nguyen and her team were very professional, helpful, and thorough during my visit. I found glasses that I love and now am able to use contacts. I would definitely recommend them.

As a retired pastor, I have been acquainted with many professionals but few have showed the exceptional kindness that I have seen in Dr. Nguyen. The level of concern for her patients is quite remarkable. When my new glasses were ready to be picked up, I could not get to her office because of weather conditions so Dr. Nguyen amazed me by bringing them to my home. She amazed me even more when she surprised me with a nice gift over the Christmas holidays.
