Jocelyn has been great to work with since I became Medicare eligible. She asks questions about my health status and any changes. She also does the research ahead of time at renewal to let me know if I should consider an alternative plan. She has been so good to work with that we recently changed our auto and homeowners' insurance to the partner agency Salame Agency.
