The team is very efficient and professional. They are always concerned how each exercise effects and concerns you.

The people are warm, caring, funny and STRONG lol. I am blessed for having found them! I was going for one thing specifically and the mentality of "there's more to fix than just that so that what brought you here doesn't happen again" and the care they are giving is phenomenal! Also the facility is very clean and appointments are very well spaced! They are also following all Covid rules explicitly.

My therapist was Jonathan Kritz and he truly helped me after my car accident. He was very patient with me and always focused on the issues I had, but also finding new ways to help my problems. You always leave feeling better and accomplished. You wont be disappointed with Excel physical therapy, their staff, or their qualified PT.

An excellent experience. As an active dancer in the arts, I am an avid PT recipient. I normally travel 50 minutes to another PT venue for years. Then I tried Excel PT in WC. I landed Eric and WOW! He truly cares so much about healing his clients, helping them in every possible way. Excellent overall experience here thus far as I enter my 8th week. Highly recommend Eric without reservation.

The entire staff- therapists and administrative personnel - are wonderful people - friendly and caring. My therapist, Kathryn (Katie) Rapp is wonderful, excellent in knowledge, great communicator, pleasant personality. Katie has a penchant to craft an individual treatment plan for her patients to develop great results, with a goal of 100% functionality. A great therapist and person. I am fortunate to have Katie as my therapist. I have made excellent gains.

Amy Gabriel was a tremendous help to me through two separate hip replacements. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, efficient, dependable, sensitive to my needs and has a gentle sense of humor. She was also flexible whenever a reschedule was necessary.

Excel Physical therapy is the place to go especially Ed Mills. He is a superb physical therapists. He constantly knows the exercises to cure the issue at hand. I've gone to him in the past and is my go to guy. Very kind, social, and knowledgeable in his field. Keep up the good work.

I went to Excel because I read the reviews online; It’s true.they are on time, flexible w/scheduling, caring and really care about your PT needs. I have Brady and am very satisfied w/his work. He listens to what I need and then helps me meet my goals for my body to feel better. I have also had Eric and Katie who are both very skilled therapists.

Eric Bates gives clear explanations, helps a patient understand the problem, and does very helpful hands-on manipulation to correct any problems.
Mary at the front desk is very helpful and kind.

I've gone to PT before, and after a 10 minute intro, was parked in a corner to do the exercises myself. NOT HERE! I take my elderly mom, and they are 100% hands on. In a few short weeks, I noticed a lot of improvement. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Highly recommend!

Katie is an excellent PT who helped me regain strength and stability in a weak ankle by providing challenging exercises and treatment for a torn ligament. The one on one attention is phenomenal!
