11/22 - Update to my review below: Their manager reached out to me and explained that they had someone new in sales and how they operate. It was good to hear from them and I believe that EIS will live up to their reputation. Based on this call, I would refer others to them as well.

11/21 - We recently started using Executive Image Solutions. Although their service has been great, their billing and communication has been less than stellar. They have not been straight forward with how or who we would be billed by. This created random phone calls, random bills in the mail (making seem like a scam), late fees and a lot of confusion. We were told that we could pay one way only to find out that was not an option. Overall, the biggest issues we've had has been communication of expectations. Hopefully this won't be the case going forward.

I had dealt with a competitor for the last few leasing cycles and decided to switch things up. I am very pleased with both the new copier we moved forward with and the experience in general. The installer Jason did a great job and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend EIS if you have a need within their wheelhouse.

We've been working with executive image on our business for years. The service is Excellent! The ink shows up on our doorstep whenever it's getting low automatically, we rarely encounter any printer issues- when we do, it's an easy remote fix. This is one company that I have no hesitation about recommending, the service is truly top notch

When my ancient copier broke down, it needed replaced. My first call was to Executive Image Solutions Inc. The sales and service is exceptional. I have a busy law office and cannot afford breakdowns and being out of service. Highly recommend.

Jermaine Price is an amazing person. I needed assistance on how to build a job on our printer. He came out the next morning and showed me the process and what I needed to do. He has always been quick to respond to my emails or texts. He is friendly, personable and always ready to assist. I'm thankful he is our go to person for copier needs and issues!

Executive Image has been a long time and much appreciated vendor of the Keystone Baptist Association. Jermaine Price has been such an asset to us as we looked at replacing a printer. From the removal of the old machine to setting up the new machine, each process has been efficient and easy. Technician, Jason Weinman, has been such a help in setting up and educating us about the printer. Everyone that we have dealt with at Executive Images are encouraging, attentive, and professional.

WOW! I was looking for high volume, high quality printers for my businesses. I sent in requests for information to various venders and could not find anything that suited my needs and budget. Just when I was about to abandon the intire idea, I recieved an email from Tyler, a rep at Executive Image Solutions replying to a request I sent for information. To make a long story short, this guy made it all happen, and quicker and easier than I expected. I recieved my printer/copier in days and can not be more satisfied. In my opinion, Tyler made it happened. I had heard so many time people telling me that they would make something happen and never delivered. Can't say that about Executive Image Solutions. My time is money and loss of time because of spending too much time looking for the right equipment is the loss of money. I own two businesses; a Home Improvement business and a Print Shop. Now, I'm looking for this same miracle to happen with my print shop. I'm currently looking to them for a DTG printer, maybe two, for my print shop. If they can do this in a timely fashion, in which I believe they can, then my business will be able to progress hieghts beyond my expectations.

In a time such as this, when customer service and competence some times is hard to find, we are blessed to work with Executive Image for our fax and copiers. It is vital that we be able to send and receive faxes timely. We had the same problem 2 times in maybe 3 weeks. Both time Troy, came and ran all necessary test and got us up and running. However, we needed to dig deeper to find out WHY this was occurring. Because the machine which was serviced is another very busy building, I did not get to talk to Troy. I call the office and he took time, probably 30 minutes to explain what he had done, what might be happening, and instructions to follow when the problem occurs again, so he may have better data to analyze. He gave me the probable solutions. It made my day to work with a gentlemen such as Troy.

Been a great supplier of our copier needs. Competitive pricing options for businesses and great tech support. Just swapped out our copier for a different model (lease was almost up and they had a deal based our our usage) and they were very good through the whole process.

I work for a small family owned business where when something breaks we have to fix it and fix it fast. Executive Image stopped into our office one day and convinced us that they could help ease some of our tech needs around the office. So we tried it and let me tell you we made the right decision! Best Customer Service I have experienced! Our copier toner ran out on a Saturday in Tax season, Our Busiest Time. So I called Monday morning when they opened and Executive Image had copier toner delivered to us at 10am the same Monday morning. We didn't even miss a beat. I don't think you can get that anywhere else. So Pleased with this Company!

We have a Konica Minolta bizhub that we purchased about 5 yrs ago from Executive Image. The service we receive from Executive Image is amazing. Just this week the toner box needed to be emptied. I called on Monday, but I didn't expect them to come right away. They were here by noon. Thank you for your wonderful service.

I have a pretty small business with only one printer, so I didn't think that I could really save that much money using a printing company like Executive Solutions. Not only did they save me 20% a month on my printing costs, but now I have an awesome Kyocera printer instead of my usual store bought inkjets. I also have incredible local support and a maintenance plan included in my savings. Tyler and Aaron were fantastic getting me set up. They took care of everything. Wish I would have made the change sooner.
