Extended Stay America - Philadelphia - Plymouth Meeting

This location is absolutely AMAZING! Clean, well staffed, great location. My husband and I stayed here from October ‘22 - December ‘22 and we felt like we were right at home! The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful with all of our needs. There is an on-site gym and laundry facilities. The check in and check out process was fast and there is always someone at the front desk. I would recommend this facility for anyone needing long term housing. This facility offered and stocked our room with extra towels, pots, dishes and hygiene supplies.

Overall great value for money. This hotel is kept clean and in good condition. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nothing amazing but you get what you need. I wish they had a full oven instead of just the stovetop.
The good parts: clean, well kept, well maintained, great staff, no evidence of pests at all, dunkin and starbucks right across the street aswell as gas.
The bad parts: basicly no breakfast options, bad coffee, the heater/ac is EXTREMELY loud, impossible to sleep with it on, and toilet makes a water tinkling noise every now and then that lasts for 5-10 minutes.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The front Desk Staff have been amazing, especially The General Manager Kamica and Manager Ife who goes above and beyond to ensure the guest have an amazing stay, The hotel is within walking distance to Plymouth Meeting Mall, along with many restaurants and attractions. The hotel is well maintained, and the beds are very firm, too firm for my liking.

Hotel was nice, but don't expect hot showers or any form of hot water. I had to let the shower run for so long, and all I got out of the shower was warm water. I wasted so much water just to get water that was not really hot. They need to improve water, so you can actually take a hot shower.
They are really wasting a lot of water just to take a med warm shower.

Had a great stay, rooms were clean and really nice. The front desk staff was amazing, really helpful with answering all of our questions. Would definitely stay again.

This was had to be the most filthy hotel we've ever experienced in our lives. Do not go here!

The location was very nice. Staff was also very nice. Room was as expected. It wasn’t anything extremely impressive, but it was clean and exactly as described on the website. The room numbers were a little confusing to follow though. Besides that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been. Front desk was polite and handled everything I needed well and to the best of their ability. I will be back the next time I make a trip to king of Prussia!

It was a very easy to just walk in and reserve a room. The space is exactly what I need for a brief stay and the process couldn’t have been easier. Octavia who checked me in did a great job.

Check-in/out speediness was professional and breakfast snacks, coffee, tea were available to-go. Laundry facility available. DD and Starbucks are walking distance from hotel.

This place is amazing, I have stayed here recently the management is awesome, we visit family in the area sometimes. My family and I will be staying again whenever we visit the area, we may have found a new favorite place!
