Pricing and service seems random at this location. Stopped by to notarize an ID card (just needed to confirm the information on the card is correctly reflected on the form) and was quoted $27.50. Drove a mile down the same rode to another notary and got it done for $7.50.

I have been using Exton Auto Tags for years. They've helped me transfer a bunch of registrations and issued me plenty of plates. Registering a car I bought practically on a whim with an out-of-state title and a hastily handwritten bill of sale? Sure, pay this amount, sign here. Foreign car with 10-digit VIN? No problem. Re-registering a car that sat un-driven for nearly a year? Smooth and simple. If there's a snag in the process that's out of their control (e.g. Insurance policy stuff) they are able to explain exactly what I need to do in order to proceed. Dealing with the people at Exton Auto Tags might make you think PennDOT paperwork isn't actually frustrating. I recommend them to anyone who so much as mentions "title, " "registration, " or "license plate. "

I had an incredible experience working with Kerrick at Exton Auto Tags. I was very confused and frustrated trying to get my Canadian car titled and registered in the states. After trying many other autotag places without luck or clarity on how to do so, I spoke with Kerrick, who was able to simply explain the process and required documents. A big thank you to him! I have been using these people for auto tags, title service and drivers license service for 20+ years. The service has always been great. I have never had a issue they could not take care of.

Megan was so rude and unprofessional. They made a mistake on my title and by putting the wrong year on it and she was so disrespectful when we asked to fix it. She said I had to pay an extra $50 in order for them to fix it? Why would i pay for a mistake that they made? Dont you have to check the vin # before even making a title?

Nixa was very patient and we were able to transfer the title of a vehicle that I purchased. Went to another place (ASC) 3x and each time the woman said we forgot something different. Went with the same set of paperwork to Nixa and she was patient and put the transfer through. Don't go anywhere else. Go here.

Exton Auto Tags is the best place to go. Megan and her staff are wonderful. They are helpful and knowledgeable with everything I've needed on many different occasions. They are always willing and caring to assist in a speedy and efficient way.

Megan was not helpful at all she confused herself and me. This was the worse experience ever not to mention she continued using her concussion as an excuse if that's the case she shouldn't be working. Also there fees are the highest around in Chester County go to Wiggins instead there much cheaper and nicer!

Not a good experience for my family. I must have caught them on a bad night. We bought a car and were paying for taxes and tags. I think the woman's name was Mallory. We felt like we were disturbing her. She was just rude. She made what is normally a simple transaction more complicated than necessary and made everyone uncomfortable. If we had more time in the day we would have gone somewhere else. We will take our business somewhere else in the future.

Very nice and friendly! I ordered a personalized license plate. They were patient with me until I figured out what I'm gonna get for the my license plate:)

Megan was amazing. She helped with all different problems from cars to license. Sweet as can be, very smart, and gets it done. Even the unimaginable with the bad luck we've had, (registration, insurance updates, etc.) and the pain Penndot causes, Megan has been there to support and make things a lot easier. Thank you for the piece of mind, if things were to ever go bad again your the first I'd call.

I drove an hour to go to this auto tag office because someone referred me to them and said they were excellent! Well worth the drive! These people know what they are doing. I think I saw a women named Lindsey, she was awesome! Great customer service!

I had a great experience with Nixa, i went with my parents who do not speak English so it was really helpful that she got to explain to them everything in Spanish, Great customer service.
