Exton Crossing

I've resided in this community for 4 years and I love it! I truly appreciate the community's offered amenities, the leasing office team, maintenance squad, the landscaping staff and the overall location. Here are a few pics of my time here.

Exton Crossing is a fabulous place to live! It's a beautiful community and well kept. The apartments are spacious and quiet and everyone (neighbors and staff) is super friendly! We're so happy to call Exton Crossing our home!

Exton Crossing has been my favorite home to date! We’ve been here for over a year now and the new management company has been wonderful. It’s the quaintest community (think small town in New England), and everyone is friendly. Maintenance is helpful when needed, and have had nothing but great communication with the leasing office. Resident events are fun and really provide a sense of community. We love our apartment and it truly feels like a home. Excited for what’s to come!

This is the fourth year at Exton Crossing. Having come from Granby, Connecticut, we appreciate the trees, landscaping, pets, and the "Truman Show" movie feel this location has which is reinforced every time we pass by the Welcome sign. Just as important to us, especially when we came from a location where shopping required as much as a 15-mile round trip, having everything you could possibly need within a mile radius is an absolute luxury.

I’ve lived in Exton Crossing for two years now and absolutely love it! The property is stunning, maintenance is helpful when needed, and everyone at the leasing office is attentive and friendly. I love the access to the Chester Valley Trail and we have been so happy with the newly added dog park! We referred two friends who have also moved in and we just love this community. We are hoping to buy a home in the near future, but are happy to stay as long as is in the cards. Thank you Exton Crossing

We have had such a great experience over the last few months living here in Exton Crossings! The management staff is so friendly and helpful! They even support your pets by putting in a very cute dog park and allowing the pups to swim right before the pool closes for the year. It was such a fun experience!

One of my favorite places to work from home is right in the community room. It’s a great spot for when I need a change of scenery but still want to feel comfortable. The fridge is always stocked and the free wifi and printing is a great perk!

I have been part of this neighborhood for 20 years and we've undergone several management companies. I can honestly say that Chandler and her team in the office are the best! Chandler immediately works to solve any issue and takes pride in this community! She is kind, thoughtful, and is always looking out for the well being of my school! We've had lots of unexpected scenarios occur this year and everything was taken care of ASAP!

A big thank you to the maintenance and office staff, especially, Jose, for the repair of the sliding and screen door of my home. You are the best!

We love living here in this community! The office is always helpful and hosts events for the community to get together to build connections and relationships with others that live within the community. Everyone is nice, respectful, and the apartment spaces provide enough space for both living and entertaining family and guests. We are excited to be living here for another year!

The management of this community is very understanding and very professional in everything they do. They work hard to meet the needs of their residents, they are very approachable and put their residents first. I like their flexibility. Katey, Chandler and the whole team are like part of every residents' family. Thanks you all for your professionalism.

I've lived here for a few years and really enjoy the community. The management staff is friendly and helpful. The neighbors are great. The maintenance teams are competent, friendly, and professional as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.
