Convenient location. Super easy to set up online. Follow the directions you are sent and you can easily access your storage space.

We were new to Extra Space and Harry Mahoney was expert at guiding us through the process. Highly recommend.

Unit was clean, met the proprietor, Harry. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to and he gave me helpful tips

Harry is exceptionally courteous and helpful. He made completing my reservation and move-in a breeze.
He even sent me an email with step-by-step directions from the gate to my storage unit.
The property is very clean and well kept, and Harry does regular rounds of the buildings and units to ensure everything is safe and secure.
It’s unusual to see someone consistently go above and beyond.
I’m very impressed by Extra Space Concord Pk and would recommend this facility above others I’ve used.

Extra space came in handy when I had an unexpected need to store my mother’s belongings after her passing. The space is conveniently located and climate controlled. Very clean environment. Directions to unit made it simple and easy to access.

Excellent. No problems. Mr. Harry is a caring person for his customers. Always has an amazing attitude for helping solve customer problems.

I want to rent the extra space.he said I’m working for someone else and didn't want me to rent. I’m first time here but he said he know me lol.never seen any people like this!

Ridiculous!
Don’t come here. They ask you for 5 stars but for what. How can I give the 5 stars like this such attitude.

Unlawful business practices. They double the rate with no warning after a few months. I would recommend bringing your business to a honest company.

Great experience at extra space. Clean facilities and super nice office management - Harry the manager is awesome. Definitely recommend!

Our small nonprofit was in need of temporary storage during a transition from one location to another. We found the staff was SUPER friendly. The manager showed me a number of different sizes of spaces to help us decide exactly what we needed. He got all of the paperwork done quickly. The space was super clean - easy to find. A great experience so far.

HARRY IS AMAZING! I had my stuff in storage for several years under his excellent care, and I never worried once! He is super responsible and trustworthy fellow who will do the right thing and always go the extra mile to help! There are not many people like Harry on the planet - so kind and personable, always looking out for others, and their belongings! - and I am so grateful to have had the chance to meet him and check-in with him over the years while renting my storage unit. I cannot recommend his services enough! You will be lucky to rent a storage unit from Harry!:) He is truly the best in the business!
