The office staff is so sweet and helpful. They are customer-service oriented and go above and beyond to help you no matter the issue.
They give you everything you need and make it easy to get help if need be, if not they steer clear and let you do your thing while maintaining a safe and secure facility.
Great storage units! Friendly staff. We had a unit for almost 2 years and nothing was ever damaged or stolen. Had a few things we needed to pitch due to mice.
Any time they needed to contact us we received notice in a timely manner. Staff was always helpful with any questions we had Unfortunately we just couldn't end up paying almost $300 a month so we neeed to look elsewhere. Thank you for your business these last two years!

Excellent storage facility with friendly diligent staff. Upon noticing that I hadn’t secured my unit properly when I was out of state the staff called me and kindly added a lock to additionally secure my unit. Top notch service
Helped a friend and her daughter storing items in a unit there this week. Jen and Lucy were very helpful and accommodating. As we were tackling a particularly awkward bed frame, Jen came to the rescue with a drill and helped us disassemble and dispose, making the whole experience much more pleasant. Would recommend to others who are looking for a storage space.
