Quiana is amazing and deserves every star. She helped me find a space to meet my needs and my budget and far exceeded my expectations. There’s storage spaces all over but the customer service here the best. Highly recommend!

She was also very helpful with resources I can use to hire helpers, suggestions for getting to my unit efficiently and verifying everything is set for a smooth experience this Friday. Quiana the manager was great with working with me to get the unit I needed in a timely matter. What I didn’t like is the elevators being down. I had 6 bins moving from 2nd to 1st floor. I have health issues and it was hard controlling my breathing. Quiana was nice enough to give me a water. Plus being hot, not enough rollers to put them on. I was upset but thanks to Quiana.

Very easy, fast process. There was a very friendly, hospitable staff person available on site to walk me through my first storage rental options. I was clueless and within 20 minutes i found the perfect unit for the perfect price and got all the details for a clean, safe and secure temporary home for my belongings. I was able to see the storage unit and get help with the online price right there in person. Very friendly staff and i have called around to many storage offices with questions unanswered and costly options.

Great experience using this Extra Space Storage location two summers consecutively as a college student. The site manager, Quiana Jernigan, is incredibly helpful and professional. Customer service is prompt and locker set-up is very quick and efficient. Quiana helped me set up my locker this summer over the phone en route to the location and I was able to move in minutes later.
