Extra Space Storage

ESS, extremely accommodating from the beginning. I was moving from Upstate NY back to PA. They helped me over the phone whenever they could to have everything ready for when I arrived. They continued to help me all the years I was there, 8 I believe. Now it’s time for the next chapter and Jay helped me tremendously to get things out. Thank you all.

Just had a great experience with Jay Troop, the assistant manager, at extra space storage. This is a great little addition to the area, brand new storage facility really close to everything, easy in and out. Exactly what you'd want a storage space close to your house to be with great people running the shop.

My friend used Extra Space Storage for over 8 years and every one was so helpful and cared about all the items in storage. Jay in the office was so helpful and informative! I would recommend Extra Space Storage!

We were in the storage facility for about a month. Everything seem to be fine until we went to put more stuff in our unit and found a huge puddle of water on our couch and a television and some artwork that we had. We were told that it was a climate control unit.

When I walked into the office to address the situation and they told me well, it’s an older facility, and sometimes the stuff happens. They offered to switch me to a new unit but if someone else had claimed it online, they would get it first. I was also told that climate control was just for the temperature. It had nothing to do with the outside weather affecting the inside of the unit.

We will never use this company again and unfortunately, some of our family pieces will never be able to be replaced. My advice is to definitely get insurance and again climate control to them does not mean your unit will not get wet.

We decided to rent a storage unit here and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service we received! We were on the fence about it at first but after speaking with the CSR, we were sold on the price, couldn’t beat it! She was so helpful and answered every single question we had and it made us feel like we were actually on the location of the storage unit itself. We are glad we got the last unit they had available!

The procedure to rent continues to be so simple. I worked with Jai, she was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. The Uwchlan Ave, Rt 113, Downingtown store is still the Bestl! It’s still a Great place to do business!

Jay was so helpful through the process of shopping for a storage unit. She offered a lot of knowledge about the billing process and which units would fit my items best. Finding a storage unit can be a daunting feat but with Jay’s help it turned into a simple task.
