Unit was broken into, I always wondered why there was only wire covering the top part of my "SECURE" storage unit

My experience at this location exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect considering this was my first time requiring this type of service.
It's at a great and accessible location and navigating through the facility was easy.
Tom was very intentional about listening to my needs and tailoring services that accommodate them. He provided options and was mindful of my budget. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the services, costs, the rules and their expectation and did not bypass the fine print, he elaborated on every detail. He was pleasant and provided service in an authentic manner, and with much professionalism. I highly recommend this establishment for services.

She was very accommodating to my storage needs. Very nice and approachable. Walked me out to show me my unit and got me in and out quickly.

Tom was amazing. He walked me through the entire process. He compared the climate controlled with the outdoor drive up units, and gave me the advantages and disadvantages. Pleasant experience, and I highly recommend. Thanks Tom!

Looks like jack just got you guys another 5 stars. After being in a pickle for 10 months yes living in a hotel paying over 1300 a month it was a struggle on my finances and on my body! I have not even been myself lately talk about outter body experience. I had a issue with him out of pure frustration and I feel terrible because he has been a Angel to my life. At first I was Leary of his energy because I’m very sensitive to how people treat me. And I can tell you he has never disrespected me. Even when I disrespected him. I did apologize however becuase I wasn’t in my right mind at the time and misunderstood him. I’m saying all this to say that o don’t go out my way to give anyone 5 stars unless they deserved it …. JACK! YOU DESERVE THIS! Thank you always. I appreciate you so much it was a pleasure to know you

Let me add I now have my own home and I’m happier but still working on it. I wanna just point out the fact that jack is great at de escalating a situation. His communication skills are impeccable give this man a raise I approve this message

Manager jaq was very helpful and showed me several different space, very patient and professional.

The service and the prices are great. The only negative I have, there is no 24 hour gate or entry acces. Besides that it's a great storage place.

Jacques, the property manager was amazing and very thorough. He communicated effectively and accurately. We went over the different options for me to see what would work with my budget. He was meticulous about the pricing with the taxes and insurance coverage included. The interaction and his personality was lively from the time I stepped foot on the property and so forth. Displayed true patience and kindness especially dealing with a customer like myself who ask lots of questions and scenarios. He made the moving process one step easier for me. I am so glad and happy with my decision with Extra Space Storage.

Amazing staff that took the time to talk with us and show us different options. We were able to find a spot to fit our trailer and makes us comfortable.

Extra space is well, secured, staff goes the extra mile to help you as much as they can.
