The services for this storage unit were amazing. Great locations and the staff went the extra to make sure I was accommodated. I don’t want to store my things anywhere else.

Was very easily done on line. Price was good and when I got to the facility the associates were very pleasant and helpful. Took me right to my location personally, showed me how everything worked and told me anything else I needed to please ask and they would be there to help.

My review is for the customer service we received today. Vivianette was absolutely amazing. She greeted my sister and I and escorted us to our storage unit in a " golf cart". I thought that was pretty awesome, especially in this heat! When we got back to the office she explained everything in great detail. We were still there a little past the office hours but we didn't feel rushed at all! She also made sure our code worked before we said our goodbyes! She was pleasant and made the whole process painless. I will update with my storage experience, but so far Im very impressed!

Vivian service was outstanding which is the first line of defense of any business so much appreciated and valued it's really seen or used five stars for service not price sincerely however the fee continue to increase from $89 to $240 I felt like I was being taken advantage of
