16Following the typical needs of a college student, me and my friend came by to tour and lease a storage unit. We were met with a friendly and personable staff member, the service was straightforward, and overall we had such an easy time getting things done. The facility is clean, well secured, and in a solid location. Great experience, and for sure left as a happy customer:)
Really nice storage place with easy exit and entrance for moving in and out stored items. The reason for the two star review is because they marked my unit as a 10x15 unit. Most people would think that that would mean a 10x15 rectangular unit, but ours was a triangle. While it is still technically 150sqft, it is not a 10x15 unit. We called to try to get some sort of arrangement because one of the people I was splitting it with couldn’t fit his stuff in due to the odd size of the unit, and they shut us down with no hesitation.

Terry - Site Manager at 700 E Carson, Pittsburgh is very kind and patient in providing all the information I need over phone to rent a the space.
This is a really nice storage facility. The indoor units are fully climate controlled. It is always very clean and well lit. The manager is attentive to the surroundings and keeps a close eye on operations. Safe and secure.
