Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Lloyd is thorough, friendly, open to questions and clear in his answers. I have always had a pleasant experience at Eye Care.

I decided to give it a try because I was not able to drive so far and due to my insurance cover. Here are the reasons why I will never come back again to this place:
-Extremely outdated office: chairs, floor, lights, atmosphere feels like in the 1970.
-Staff (back and front) seems rushed and rude to me like they don't like what they are doing. I literally heard the phrase between 2 ladies at the front" I can't wait to get out of here" and the best part is that it was Monday, just a half day of work. The place was not busy at all and they didn't take the time with the patients.
-Reduced options of eyeglasses and just a few looking modern (I was not able to find 3 pairs that I really like or fit me well) ended up with the ones I never thought I would pick. I didn't want to come back to spend more time on it even when I was not able to see well due to the dilated eye drops.
-The only good thing about the appointment was the Doctor, he was nice and very professional (did more tests than common specialists).

Walmart is definitely a better option in: service, price and frame options. Even without insurance.

Always have a good experience at Eye Care Specialists. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Doctors and staff displayed great coordination in preparation for my surgery. They explained
what they were going to do. Surgery went smooth!

I had a few BAD experiences a Finnegan eye care in Bloomsburg and couldn’t get any resolution. I switched to Eye care Specialists. They have been fantastic! Can’t say anything but good about their care!

Dr. Lloyd is very thorough and talks In language that is easily understood. Won’t go elsewhere as long as he’s there.

Dr is great. The staff that actually makes the glasses are horribly rude and unhelpful. Still waiting for new glasses for 3 weeks. I'd look for another Dr if I could see anything.

I saw the doctor here and got a new prescription. When I picked them up it felt like my eye was being pulled to the side and I said something. I was told to just keep wearing them for several weeks to see if I would get used to them. In the meantime I developed debilitating migraines. I spent months and months with doctors who tried everything and eventually I started injections. That helped somewhat. I got a small scratch on one lens and went back to my old pair. My migraines disappeared! I went to a different eye doctor (9 months after my visit at eye care specialists) who told me that the axis in one eye of the prescription was totally wrong. I went back to my old eye doctor and asked for that (2 year old) prescription. It agreed that the one from Eye Care Specialists was off by over 60 degrees! This was almost certainly the cause of my migraines and why they went away when I went back to my old glasses. I went back to eye care specialists and I was told it had been too long and the best they could do was 50% off new lenses. They obviously do not care that they put me through months of neurology appointments and awful migraines, they just want to get MORE money out of me when THEY are the ones who caused all of this. I cannot believe I even have to come back here to pick up my daughter’s glasses. Never again. I will make sure everyone I know goes somewhere else.

Dr. Lloyd is great! Very thorough eye exam. The office staff is also great. You make us feel welcome and provide excellent care.

I’m very happy with the care I am given by Dr. Lloyd and his staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lloyd takes his time with you and has made me feel like my eye health is important to him.
