Great deal coming to Eye Care Specialists (Nanticoke) store. Its staff was very diligent with my visit. Their eyes specialists was very professional and helpful. This my second visit. Thank you all for the great attention.

The Dr and optical staff are great! The front desk Stephanie (older woman) is rude and condescending. She acts like she’s doing you a favor by waiting on you. She sold my husband a pair of glasses for $900! She never told him what was covered by our insurance or what the costs were until she prepared the paperwork then said she couldn’t cancel or make changes or there would be a 20% restocking fee - on an item that takes 2weeks to make! When I called to speak to her she kept saying I’m not a salesman I just have him what he needed! Talk to management and they gave same spiel and supervisor never got back to me! Will NEVER purchase glasses from them will take my prescription and go elsewhere! Horrible customer service!
