Eyeglass World, Monroeville PA

I was in on Monday to get information on contact lenses. Kendall the store manager helped me. I got a pair a few months ago but was unsure if I wanted to get a full year. I’ll definitely be back. I was happy Kendall and Melissa took the time to talk to me! They were both helpful.

Cynthia and Vanessa were very professional, helpful, wonderful customer service and both were beautiful, this is the best team and staff ive ever encountered.

I was greeted with a friendly Hello, directed to the glasses I wanted to look at and helped every step of the way. Even finding me a great deal on designer frames.

I cannot say enough good things about the workers here. I came in to get my glasses repaired, they not only repaired them, but they also figured out what was wrong with another pair from a different Dr. Finally I have answers to what is wrong with my back up glasses! Thank you so much.

The lenses in my frames were updated and replaced. The process went smoothly. While waiting I purchased a pair of polarizing sunglasses. Cynthia helped with the entire transaction. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to deal with.

My time with the optometrist was great and Cynthia was great with helping me get finished up.
