HORRIBLE place to come to, the lady refused to take me because she “never” seen the type of insurance i have.
BAD SERVICE! Lady gets mad just cause ur looking around.she walk in and didn’t even greet us.she refused to provide customer service for me and my wife.
Don’t you dare walk in there without an appointment. The front window says walk-ins welcome, so I walked in hoping to browse their sunglasses. Didn’t need help or anything. Lady in the front became flustered that I didn’t have an appointment and stated one was needed to look. I explained I had a prescription and I could come back to make an appointment but I want to browse first. She flailed her arms and got upset and said “fine go, go ahead”. I’m not going to
Waste their time nor mine scheduling an appointment to browse sunglasses. I understand it may of been busy and they were with customers however if they want my business she could of been polite about it. Everywhere else I’ve been to today had no problem with browsing, some asked to schedule an appointment if I was interested in anything, not unreasonable. Owner may contact me if interested.
