This is my last time at this store. My glasses came in and no one called to let me know. My wife called to see if they were in and they were just sitting there. The new employees don't seem like they are interested in helping you. My wife has called twice now to make an appointment for herself and no one has called her back yet, it's been a month now. The atmosphere feels like you just walked into a funeral home or something. It use to be an upbeat place but all them employees are gone. Guess that comes down to management. If you don't treat you good employees right they leave and when that happens the good customers go with them!

Doctor Stone was great the eye exam was very thorough. The staff was very helpful. Will come back again.

We were handed a tray to put possible glasses in as we arrived. Although most of the time I could see 4 staff members around the store, I had to go ask where we could sit to try on the glasses. After a half hour of getting the choices down to the top 4, I had to alert staff that we were ready for someone to help us. We were told someone would shortly. (no other customers in the store). No one came. Repeated that request 2 more times with 2 different staff members. Again we were not helped. A customer who walked in was waited on. We decided to leave. It was ridiculous. So I said to the one girl that we were leaving because still no one helped us. She said the two opticians were on lunch break now. Are you kidding me? This was my go to place for glasses. Never again. No excuses, Eyeland. Your 2 opticians are the ones I told that we were ready for help. Did they really both take a lunch break together when they had a customer needing them. Shame on you.

Great place for the annual exam. Have bee going there for 3 years & feel comfortable with service. New Dr.in office. Dr. Stone. He is thorough & explains all he is doing & why he does it. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Patrick Stone is awesome but staff needs more training in their jobs and customer service.took me a month and a half to receive my contacts because the receptionist didnt read my file correctly and didnt believe me when i said i had astigmatism in my right eye.i wasted more gas having to go in just to prove it and then having to go pick up my contacts.they also never called me to let me know my contacts came in.i had to call and leave a message and instead of calling back to apologize for it they just sent me their stupid message telling me my contacts were ready.hire new staff please.there needs to be a better and faster process for customers to receive their stuff.

Above and beyond customer service from Sue. Thank you for the microfiber lens cleaning cloths last minute before my trip! Great communication and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Call for an appointment. Show up next day at 130 pm.and then they say it was 1130.nope, because time was written down as told so, it's find a different place.

Take your business elsewhere folks. After after they canceled an appt.citing staff shortages and having to reschedule an appt I showed up at their office and they required mask. I went their in the 1st place because they did not require me to wear a mask except when seeing the doctor which I can understand. Now they require everyone to wear a mask while in their building. RIDICULOUS!

This location has canceled scheduled appointments twice the day before appointment citing staffing shortages that evidently only occur the day before my appt to get a tutorial on using contacts. I asked to waive the training as it's been over a month since original appt and they refuse citing legal reasons. So they won't waive training and continue to cancel appointments the day before. Very poorly managed location. Find another option if you can! I won't be back.

This place messed up and lost an appointment that I waited a month for. They did not make it right and work it in. I called the corporate office and was supposed to receive a call back which did not happen. I guess they are not worried about poor service and correcting an error that was made on their end. They had chances to make it right and took the high road. They dont even deserve the one star.

In todays world it is often difficult to remain positive and friendly. Today when I had my eyeglass/contact exam I was greeted with wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy more then that. The staff such as Amanda and Jen were very warm and welcoming, they were interested in the things I spoke about, and they were upfront with how everything works. I really appriciate that. Then there is Cayla with a C. Make sure you spell it with a C. What an awesome young lady. She was kind, honest, caring, and not pushy with anything. She helped me to decided on my contact plan of care going forward. Finally there is Dr. Chung who was friendly, honest, mindful of multiple medical issues I currently have ongoing, and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I recently moved to Ephrata, PA from Orlando, FL, I have seen plenty of doctors in this area and Dr. Chung has been one of the best so far. Thank you for all you folks do at Eyeland Ephrata!

Trying contacts for the first time. All I can say is the staff is awesome here! Patient, helpful, respectful, polite! Office is extremely clean and both Dr. Chung and Hauck were great as well! They were honest with me about he learning curve with contacts and the potential to have to change scripts. I will be coming back here not just for my follow up, but for my future needs in prescription eye wear!

Exam went too quickly. My eyes were not checked properly. Office is rather a money maker than a pro optical place
