Stephanie was incredibly easy to work with and made the insurance process super simple. I knew from the start what I was able to get and what my insurance covered. Great selection of frames. The staff was all around fabulous. Highly recommend.

Very quick service. Purchased two pairs and walked out with glasses in less than two hours. Great price on a large selection of frames.

I go to this location because I like the Doctor. I have reviewed him separately in the past and he still rates 5 Stars. Eyemart on the other hand does not. After my exam I went to look at frames and the room was empty except for one employee and myself. The employee confirmed what my insurance would deduct from the price of the frames and then went back to their computer. I looked at and tried on frames for about 10 minutes by myself. I left without purchasing anything. Little to no customer service and basically a "buy something or don't, we don't care" attitude. I have bought my frames and an additional pair of sunglasses for a couple of years here and had not been thrilled with the fitment, quality and pricing but chalked it up to it is what it is. If I also can't expect any help while trying to select frames in an empty room then I'll go elsewhere. How could the competition be any worse?

From the salesgirl that helped…. She was definitely great! She checked on my insurance to make sure everything was good. The gal that wanted on me when I picked my glasses was extremely helpful. Definitely will recommend to everyone!

The staff are not only knowledgeable, they’re all very helpful and kind. I was seen by Dr. Michael Chessario, he’s extremely knowledgeable, and very kind. I love my new glasses. I’d recommend seeing them if you’re in need of glasses.

I initially left a couple years ago because the girls that were working for the Optometrist there were HORRIBLE and so rude. I found out that they left and decided to come back. I’m so glad I did. Karla is so super sweet and very helpful. It was decided that I couldn’t wear contacts anymore so I was sent to Stephanie. She was AMAZING! She really helped me picked what was right for me. Great personality and makes you feel comfortable. She pointed out a special they were having, which was sunglasses with my distance that I need and they were done within an hour! Great place, very efficient and great employees.

We needed to find a place for my father to get a vision exam and new glasses. He's 84 and failed his eye test to renew his driver's license. We were able to get an appointment on my only day off. Everyone at Eyemart Express was so nice and understanding. They all made him feel very comfortable. The Doctor worked with him to get the prescription just right. The glasses they helped him pick out are perfect! And were ready in under a half hour.

Great experience at Eyemart Express. Dr. Chessario is very personable and thorough with the exam. The staff is friendly and helpful with picking out frames. My glasses were ready in under an hour. Great experience!

Overall my experience with Eyemart was great, I recommend them, and will likely go to them in the future! When your prescription is in stock your glasses are usually ready in an hour! They’re really good about that.

It took awhile for my glasses to be made because my prescription was not in stock and once they came in they needed to be remade but this was no fault of Eyemart.

My prescription didn’t have info where the center of my pupils were so the lenses were off the first time. The technician ordered new ones for me when I wasn’t happy with them, which was great! I had zero issues with the remade lenses. It took eight business days for my remade lenses to be ready for pick up.

The gentleman at the front desk that helped me both times was awesome! He was informative, professional, empathetic about my concerns, and helped me decide on what frames I wanted. He also called once my new pairs were ready.

Eyemart has plenty of current affordable styles to choose from. I got two pairs with the majority of their upgrades for under $300. They added a warranty to replace them within the first year if anything happened to them.

PSA to customers interested in clear frames. I highly advise you get the anti-glare coating. If you‘ve never had them before you might notice a glare in your field of vision at first even with the anti-glare coating. Your eyes will adjust overtime and you won’t notice it!
