I would literally give negative stars if possible. I called at 5pm on a Sunday to make sure they were open till 6pm. The guy told me they were and that they would be able to repair my glasses (lost screw) upon arrival. I arrived at the location at exactly 5: 40 and they were closed for the evening.a whole 20 minutes early even after verifying my arrival. I’m blind as a bat and can’t go without my glasses. Thank gosh LensCrafters below them actually stays open until closing time. Might be time to change my eye glass location

Update: on Wednesday the following week the manager did contact me apologizing and verifying that the issue has been resolved. She was very kind and very well mannered I’m upping my review from a 1 to a 4 based on the customer service and also that they got back to me in a timely fashion.l about what happened. Bad experiences happen, but I must admit the manager giving me a call and apologizing does restore my faith in good management still existing.

After some recent eye surgery I was excited to get new glasses, frames and sunglasses too. So Sunday early afternoon I went to Eyetique looking to spend some money.
South Hills mall seemed pretty business as usual,
Then I got to Eyetique. The entrance was blocked by a table and a Do Not Enter until we let you in sign.
No was was in the store. I waited a few minutes before “Hello, hello, anyone in there? ”
A guy came out from the back. “Yes? ”
“I’ve come to look at frames and glasses. ”
“Do you have an appointment? ”
“No
Those were the last words spoken.
He then pulled out a temperature gun and pointed at head so fast I jumped back. Not raging with fever I was allowed in.

He went and sat behind the counter. If you know the layout of Eyetique, most of the frames are under lock and key, and you need an assistant to check them out. No help was forthcoming. I tried on some of the frames that weren’t locked up, but mostly they were kid frames I think. Not a “help ya “, nothing. Then another customer came in. He began to help them right away. Appointment? Who knows.
He didn’t say”hang on for a little bit, I have an appointment with these people’, he didn’t say anything. They all sat down at the counter and I stood right behind them, seeing if the staff guy would acknowledge me at all, but no. I moved the signs out of the way and left
I’m glad business is so good for them that they don’t need any of mine. That will be no problem at all.

I had an issue with receiving my glasses and the manager went above and beyond to make the situation right! Also, the staff is very friendly and professional! I appreciate all they did!

My toddler needed glasses and Eyetique was the only store in my area that carried dilli dalli & miraflex glasses. I also found the staff to be attentive and personable. We've been loyal customers going 4 years now!

Omg! These people were great! Kevin was so kind and helpful! We shared some laughs as he did a wonderful job helping me get a new pair of glasses.
Sherry is the best as well! 2 great people working here!

From start to finish it was a seamless experience. The doctor was thorough and had a tarrific attitude. Kevin graciously helped me get the right glasses for the right price and Nathan quickly and kindly adjusted my frames when I went back. I recommend this location for your next eye exam or any of your ocular needs.

Will never again do business with this store. Required nearly two weeks for the store to complete my glasses order. Have purchased similar glasses in the past from other dealers and wait times tend to average a couple days, not a couple weeks. Moreover, staff were not forthcoming about the sizeable delays in delivery.

Absolutely terrible. Went in to get a pair of glasses replaced under warranty, and was told on a Monday that they would be ready by the end of the week.

It has now been over 3 weeks, and I still do not have my glasses. I will be informing my optician that he should steer all of his customers clear of Eyetique.

Service was fine. Really unimpressed with the selection of eyewear in this store. Disappointing considering all the fancy expensive billboards they have posted all around Pittsburgh. Would not go there again for this reason.

Really bad experience, this store in south hills mall are really bad in costumer service and the people are not nice, this experience for me was really a nightmare. They really dont know abiut vision and medical issues.

Service is always great. The brands are from very stylish, hip designers. I have bought my last 3 pairs here.

Had really bad experience with eye doctor named Kim there, who besides acting like a lunatic, managed not only get the curvature of my eye wrong but also underestimated my contact lens power by magnitude of 1 point.

I have gone to this eyetique for 3 or so years and have been happy with their service. This past time I saw a doctor that is new to eyetique but not her practice and I was impressed by her professionalism and kindness as well. I did not have insurance this past visit and they went above and beyond to get me affordable contacts and even a free pair of glasses with a promotion they were currently having. Best of all it only took 3 days for my contacts and glasses to come in.

I would highly recommend this store. Visited with a family member and was impressed with the professionalism of the people who work there. Dr. Kim gave a thorough eye exam and was patient and took the time to answer our questions. The frames they sell are beautiful and the salespeople are very knowledgeable about their products and knew exactly what would look best. Overall, a great experience.

Great customer service. After Sunglasses Hut turned me away, I walked in Eyetique with my wife’s sunglasses that needed a screw for repair. They did without hesitation and did not charge for it. Will definitely be back to return the favor.

I was having trouble adjusting to my new glasses, and it was very frustrating. I had visited two other Eyetique locations to try and have the problem resolved, but no luck, until I stopped into the South Hills Village Mall Eyetique location (should have gone here first!). The people here are super friendly. Amy B, in particular, was extremely helpful and figured out what all the problems were, literally in a few minutes! There should be more people like that at every business! Her expertise and kindness really did not go unnoticed. Thanks again, Amy!
