I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my corrective vision needs than Eyetique - Monroeville/Wilkins Township. Outstanding sales, service, product selection and quality! A+

My little preschool aged daughter was videotaped in a public restroom in Frick park while she was spending time in the environmental center with her preschool class. The man who did this’s wife is the eye doctor at this eyetique. I haven’t seen anything on the news where she publicly denounced her husband and she is still working here. One of the news article a says that his family is standing Witt him. If you go to this eye doctor, you had better go to the bathroom before you go to that office. I am not sure why she hasn’t been let go. It must be nice to have a nice job that isn’t touched and have her kids safe and protected while mine wasn’t. She doesn’t care about any of that though, as long as her own kids are safe, who cares about everyone else’s. Neither me or anyone I know will go to eyetique until this spouse of a monster is gone. I plan to out this on social media and tell everyone I know about this company not caring about such a heart breaking and serious matter!

Took a month to get my sons glasses. He can barely see in school. They had back order and failed to call and tell me, failed to get me a pair sooner for inconvenience. Never going back.

Dr. Woeste and James are exceptional and the new inventory is amazing! I’ve been to many eye offices over the past 25 years, and this is the best in my experience!:)

I have been going to this location for a few years now and the staff has always been professional and friendly. The Dr.explains in great detail the process and explains my X-rays of my eyes. I appreciate their transparency.

Denise in the Monroeville Eyetique is excellent and such a pleasure to work with. Because of Denise I will be a repeat customer for my eye care needs.

The optometrist is tremendouly focused on thoroughness and spends more time than others do. I do believe that the eyeglasses are boutique-styled and priced, as you might expect from the name, but there's nothing wrong with upscale retail, it's just not for me. But I do get all my eye exams here.

Dr. Woeste is excellent. I had not had my eyes checked for an extended period due to the pandemic and I'm so thankful I have an accurate and updated prescription. I noticed the new electronic medical background info collected by the staff in the front. It was very easy to understand and time efficient. I chose to use the new eye photograph machine instead of having drops put in and I really liked the experience. A real upgrade to the Wilkins location. Dr. Woeste walked me through using it very calmly and I really felt like it took great photos.

Myself and my kids have been coming to Eyetique for years. Everyone is friendly and kind and so helpful. Denise is especially wonderful. I always feel like I am visiting an old friend. She’s great at remember past frame styles that we like, and helps us find new ones that compliment our personal style and what’s best for our face. While Eyetique may be chain, it always feels like a personalized experience.

Tiffany went above and beyond after a order took quite a bit of time and had some sizing issues. She showed great customer service and took the time to help me get the correct size and fit and helped me out which was appreciated. I will definitely be back!

I have been coming to Eyetique for almost 22 yrs now. Hands down the best frames and customer service not only in the area but in the US. I have moved to NYC and now to Washington DC and have only used them through the years for my frames and lens needs. Very high quality frames and lenses. My son recently broke my frames and James, the manager at the Wilkins branch was outstanding in switching out from broken frames via mail. Really went above and beyond. Love all the store branches (Wilkins, Squirrel Hill and Shadyside) and all the team members have been awesome.

Very nice and comfortable frames. I never bought glasses with such help before. The brands they carry are different than the brands at competitors. I will be returning.
