Edit: We went back and this time they were quite rude to us. Telling us we couldn't bring both our dogs at the same time because they were too crazy (meanwhile at the first appointment they told us to let them off the leashes so they could run around and sniff everything. Then they posted pics of our dogs in their shop without asking permission and it just felt weird. Did not go back again.

Very kind and compassionate with my scared pups. Will be returning.

Not so fabulous in my opinion, arriving to a junkyard scene from "Wrong Turn" and really should have turned around then. I wouldn't let my dogs run free in this halloween horror meanwhile filthy child running around without supervision.
Prior to my appointment, they moved and never called to say so or to provide new location. Be aware, they worked on my dog for 45 minutes and charged $75 which is over their online posted rate of $65 for 1-hour, and had VERY creative math skills saying they charge 4% credit card fee, however actual charge was 10%. The grossly unprofessional people at the shed (That's right, they work out of a small shed with a splintered gate sure to catch your hand or your fur babies paw) were an unfortunate experience for us, but makes sense as clearly reflects the poor quality of their "business" setting. To me, the whole experience was just sad and pathetic and I will never subject my fur babies to this filth again. There are too many actual professional businesses to settle for this.
