Liz was my esthetician and she was so nice and polite. She explained as she was doing my facial step by step. Thank you so much for a great experience. She even gave me advice on what facial I should do on my next visit. Me and my mother will definitely be returning.she also had a great experience. I also purchased a good SPF sunscreen for my face.

I have a lot to contribute on my review of this wonderful spa treatment. First off the only negative that I found was that the location is inside the King of Prussia mall so it takes a little bit of knowledge base as to where to park. That said, parking is best explained as going to the Buffalo wild wings. GPS location and parking on the third floor area there. Once inside, their staff is smiling and efficient, friendly and so wonderful. The location is gorgeous, it has a spacious and relaxing environment. My choice was the Cryo Queen treatment, and every step was amazing. I asked that they explain the process as they went and Vanessa did a fantastic treatment! I chose the eucalyptus to help open the pores, and the cleansers are so soft and moisturizing at the same time helping to deep cleanse- they have a wonderful membership package, starting at $89 which is one facial and one enhanced product and 10% off any products that you purchase in the store. They have everything from eyebrow, waxing, and lashes, to facials in chemical peels. Five stars for the location, five stars for my treatment, five stars for the staff.

It is a unique experience for me because I have always been going to Chinese salons for my facials, primarily in Chinatown ones.

I chose Cyro Queen for my facial experience today. Vanessa was my aesthetician. She is very polite and friendly. She gives professional suggestions and very knowledgeable of her materials. The facial itself is relaxing, but I wish there were some changes which could make the experience even better. Such as the shoulders and neck massage could be more skin to skin. I normally have a tube top clothes to change so when the specialist massage my shoulders and neck, it is more relaxing. But I do enjoyed my experience. I am still debating to try their H2Glow or not.

Vanessa did my facial and she was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable and explained each step. I enjoyed the weighted blanket, given the option of scents (citrus or eucalyptus), and the massage of my shoulders, neck, and face.

I will book another appointment with Vanessa and return next month.

Also: they have a monthly membership of $89 which I find to be less expensive than a facial else where. I’m sold.

Tip: park at the outside entrance of DSW.
If you do, walk straight through the store, go up the escalator, and turn right to go around the wall. Face Foundrie will be on the left.

Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. I saw Liz for an eyebrow wax and tint and she did a phenomenal job! Received so many compliments. I’ll be back!

Liz was fantastic! She was so kind, and did a great job explaining each step of the facial. The store is adorable, and a really calming environment.

This was my first experience at Face Foundrie and I’m so glad I came! The space is beautiful and nice and relaxing—the calm in a busy surrounding. I had a facial, scalp massage and eyelash lift with Liz and am happy with all the results. I will be back for sure now that I’ve signed up for membership!

Great place to remove yourself from our everyday, hectic routine. Ashley is my esthetician and she is WONDERFUL! Truly educated in the product and the type of facial you need, based on what you’re looking for as your overall result. Her facials are by far the best I’ve ever had! This location is a sneaky oasis of relaxation right in the mall! I was absolutely blown away with my Firm AF facial today - my provider Liz was an absolute GEM, asking me my preferences every step of the experience and customized it exactly for me. The facial itself had it all - beautifully relaxing and amazing smelling masks, lotions and potions, an LED moment and the most blissful facial massage I’ve ever had. This clinic meets my needs when I’m not looking for a full spa experience, but want to have a relaxing hour or so and leave fresh-faced. You won’t regret a visit!

Just had my very first lash lift and tint with Yaya at the Lehigh Valley Mall and loved it! First of all, the place smells delicious! The receptionist was lovely. Yaya was unbelievably sweet, so gentle, and knowledgeable about their services. She gave me a shoulder and neck massage while my lashes were getting beautified. My lashes never looked this good! Will be returning for a facial really soon!

I had such a great experience here! I got an H2Glow facial with Ashley and I will definitely be back. Ashley was so knowledgeable and really made the experience amazing. The girl at the front desk was also very friendly and the place was cute, clean, and relaxing! 10/10!

Sierra was wonderful for my foundrie glow facial! She was attentive to my skin and made me feeling great!

I have gotten 2 different facials from Liz K so far and I love it! It’s so relaxing, Liz walks me through the steps so I know what to expect, she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to skin. I also purchased some products from them, specifically the True Grit, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Ashley is the girl to book with! She is alert Gentle and leaves your skin looking amazing. I have had facials before but my face has never looked the way it does now, I have received so many compliments on my glowy skin! BOOK NOW with her you will not regret it! My skin just feels amazing!?
