Fair Freight Logistics, Pittsburgh PA

I see Fair Freight Logistics replying to reviews but they will not respond to emails. They will not answer phone calls. I’m the owner of Stones Trucking, LLC and I’m filing a claim against your bond for unpaid invoices. It would be easier if Fair Freight Logistics paid their bills, but this isn’t my first time collecting from a bunch of frauds and crooks.

Delivered a load #35383 for this broker on 10/31/23. Have not received a payment. Multiple emails were send to no availability. All phone calls go to voicemail

What is the status of payment for Load#35255?

Have not been paid on a load from May 2023. They have strung me along with empty statements of getting me paid up to this point. Not sure where they came up with Honesty and Integrity in their voicemail. Carriers should stay away from these guys.

Load not paid. We contacted FFL via email and phone calls but no response. Invoice for November, 2023 linehaul not paid. Please provide proof of payment and respond via email. Our factoring company has not received payment. Date of payment?

For this moment I have the same situation with the payment for invoice, that other carriers. No respond on phone call, no phone call on a voicemails and no emails back.
Load was delivered back on September!
I already spent two weeks on a phone calls and emails.

CARRIERS BEWARE! COMPANY DOES NOT PAY! They have not paid us for a load we hauled in August. Load #34712. They will tell you they have sent a check, but a check never arrives.

This company is a true fraud, they're still not paying for a load we did back in August, and no one is responding to our emails, phone calls. Do not book with them, do not ship with them if you are on a side of fair business.

We did a load for this company, my factory sent several emails, I called the broker, he respond back to me and email to the accounting too, nobody respond from this department. We need to know the starus of this payment. Load#35345

We did a load back 8/7/23 and never received payment. We left several voicemails) to owner Peter & Jacob in accounting & broker never received a reply nor can they provide proof of cancelled check for payment they claim was made and never received.

LOAD# 34720 $3,250.00. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE VIA EFS OR DIRECT DEPOSIT. A CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS YOU SAID IT WAS MAILED OUT 10/25 AND NEVER RECEIVED.

Fair Freight has past due freight invoices from freight delivered in July. They have not answered any emails or phone calls. I find their company values incredibly ironic "honestly, transparency and trust". What a bunch of hypocrites.

It was a pleasure working with fair freight. Their communication was clear and they stood by their word. In my opinion that goes a long way in this business and industry. Longevity is the goal in this industry and being persistent will allow you to flourish. Thank you once again for giving us the opportunity.

Our shipment, delivered on 7/10/23, now has an invoice aging of 142 days as of 11/28/23. Despite assurances from Peter, the owner, that payment was made a few weeks ago, we have yet to receive it. Exercise caution when dealing with this company, they appears to be facing financial difficulties.

I also have 2 open invoices that are 3 months old unpaid and i cant get thru to them not answering phones no response to emails will report them to baxter bailey law firm to see what's going on and what my options are.

Pls dont work with them they dont pay pls check with factoring company before work with fair freight
