Nice hotel very close to the king of Prussia mall we can see it from the window, clean big room friendly staff.

I like when people know what customer services is. I wanna thanks Nathalie at the front desk for that. And the rest of the staff.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and presentable. It is also conveniently placed nearby restaurants and the shopping mall. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Wifi service was ok.

BED BUGS-STAY FAR AWAY

Truly the most disappointing hotel I’ve stayed at. Worst internet I’ve experienced since 1994… even with the “upgraded” internet package, which is $5 a day. What a scam.

Rooms provide the option for Netflix but internet can’t support the lowest quality settings without delaying 20 minutes per hour. I tried to upload a video, but after 10 minutes of trying to load, and an error, I gave up.

Upon arrival, I found pubes left from the previous tenant in the shower. The air vent in bathroom was broken. Walls so thin you can hear next door neighbors urinate.

Breakfast is limited, and isn’t available an hour before it’s supposed to end.

0/10 would recommend. What a terrible hotel.

Update: after speaking to the front desk rep on 3 separate occasions within 24 hrs they provided me a new room. 2nd floor, instead of 4th, but WiFi has been upgraded to 2012 instead of 1994. HOWEVER even though I was polite in explaining my problems, the general manager wanted to get into a pissing contest about my experience. Not professional. Tisk, tisk. As a titanium member who has spent thousands of dollars with the Mariott, I don’t need to deal with that level of sass. My review still stands

Update#2: when I say I’ve spend thousands of dollars with the with Marriott, I looked it up, I’ve spent 550 nights with the company. Never have I had this bad of an experience. Thankfully this is my last night. Again, I was polite to the front desk reps, but for this whole week they’ve given me the stink eye. The gm must gossip about their customers. They made me feel so bad about my experience. I had no confidence that speaking about my second room would make a significant impact, besides more gossip around the office.

The 2nd room they gave me provided good WiFi for about 3 days, but I’m currently trying to watch Netflix, only to be staring at a loading screen for the past 2.5 hours. That’s not the worst of it. I got BED BUGS + I found disgusting hair in my hotel room, again! I have bites all over my body, I counted over 60 separate bites, and it feels disgusting. The toilet wasn’t even fully cleaned after it looks like someone puked around the rim. The gm gave me attitude the first time, so I’ve felt hesitant even telling them. She questioned my original experience since I didn’t take pictures of my first hotel room, so I made sure to take many photos this time.

To the general managers and hopefully upper-level management: you should probably grow up and learn to respect your customers. I’m spending another week in KoP, but certainly not with you. Good Riddance.

Staff nice and place clean. But toilet broken shower broken and they say there is breakfast but just muffins and bars that they ran out of before 9 am. Ran out of coffee before 9 with a line waiting

Stayed at this hotel 7/3/21. When we first got in it looked like a nice hotel. We got back to the room at 8pm and realized we were out of body wash in our shower. We asked the front desk on 3 separate occasions for a new bottle. We were told every time maintenance would be up shortly. Waited till 11pm with both of our children up, and Maintenance never arrived with the bottle.

Another issue I has is that we stayed on the first floor. Which has a bad leak in the hallway right next to the ice machine. While going to get ice i got some type of water leaked onto my head. Upon further inspection of this leak I found the carpet all rotted out on the floor. There is a bunch of mold inside the access panel which all the water is leaking from. This leak with the mold makes the whole first floor hallway stink of mold and mildew. The same maintenance man who has my bottle of body wash in hand is probably also on his way to this leak. I do water damage restoration work for a living, and I can tell you that this leak has been going on for a long time with no one doing anything about it. I would not recommend this hotel too anyone.

Hotel is pretty clean. It’s owned by the Marriott and it’s super close to the mall so that’s convenient if you need anything or want food. They have glass showers! The rooms also came with a mini fridge and a microwave which is a plus

Liz or Elizabeth! Front desk employee was rude. Very dismissive about a falsely advertise in-room safe. Asked if I'd like to be let out of my reservation as if I'm going to get a last minute hotel that's not inflated pricing for easter. A simple apology and reassurance that my things are and will be safe (without a safe) as well as a modification to third party website would have suffice. So disappointing

Exactly what you expect from Marriott. Accommodations are good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Something about the halls i was given an end room by where housekeeping i suppose get their supplies and things and they are noisey you can hear the conversations
but the young man at the front desk stand out he was friendlier then the rest
besides that it depends on what your looking for
relaxing it could have been better
location wise mall is across the street but other than that not much
this will only be when i'm on a budget hotel

I booked this place and they became unavailable. So they sent me to the Crown Plaza Hotel right next door. The Crown Plaza Hotel had very nice rooms and they had free wifi.

Quiet and clean. The driveway needs a sign and a light. The front desk clerk was too friendly but wasn't rude either.

I just checked out earlier this morning after staying in this hotel overnight. The staff were very professional and accomodating. Upon arrival the overnight staff person at the front desk told us help ourselves to some cold bottled water from the fridge. I really appreciated that after a long drive. In terms of the room itself I only have positive feedback. It was spacious and clean and enabled my wife and I to enjoy a good night's rest. To be honest, the only negative was a pungent odor (perhaps marijuana) we both smelled when we exited the elevator after arrival on our way to our room. Otherwise a great experience! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends staying in the area. Thank you!

Front desk associate was welcoming, friendly, and made the check-in process fast and convienent. Rooms were nicely furnished, spacious, and clean.
