Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lancaster East at The Outlets

Great location but VERY busy area. If you are going for the amusement park or outlet mall it is perfect location. You can walk across the street to Dutch Wonderland or right through the back parking lot to the outlet mall. The rooms are slightly outdated, a little wallpaper peeling but over all nice, very big which was great. We asked for non feather pillows twice and never received them and this is also the first hotel that I have ever been denied late checkout, and I travel A LOT. Breakfast was decent, skip the pre-made sandwiches but some good options.

We had an excellent experience staying at this Marriott. We don’t often write reviews but we had to take a moment to thank the staff. The hotel front desk staff were so polite, kind and welcoming. The cleaning staff was friendly and super accommodating. We even had to leave early and they didn’t charge us for the prepaid night. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lancaster. Thank you again!

Not up to Marriott standards. Our room was not clean. The room did not appear to have been vacuumed, wiped down, or really cleaned at all. We found a 20 pack of diapers on the floor by the couch, which would have been noticed if it was actually cleaned. Very disappointed in this hotel. I told the front desk about the cleanliness and gave them the diapers. Nothing was done to remedy the issue. We won't be back. The rooms were also dated. You could hear everyone above you and the traffic outside was loud.

Loved this hotel. Clean nice front desk attendants. They were on point on places to visit and eat. Unfortunately Rockvale outlet is just about a ghost town. Very few stores open anymore. I counted six. It was a little disappointing. All in all I did find a factory tool outlet and since I'm a DIY er I picked up some really good tools at a very good price. The hotel also offered a nice buffet of free hot breakfast every morning and it was a la ways clean. Even though the hotel was great will need to find another hotel by that name maybe in Hershey next time.

Worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. Everything is microwaved and tough as leather. No Fruit.
I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 because the staff here has been very nice.

Hotel stay was great - comfy room & large bathroom. The breakfast was not up to par - the only "egg" dish was egg whites with kale & I think tomatoes ️. Should have offered a cheese omelet or just plain scrambled eggs.

The breakfast was hot.
I was asked if I wanted housekeeping and said yes and the associate didn't put it in the system. I asked for clean towels never got them and never got a answer as to why I never got them. I left a message for management to call and they never did.

This hotel was a life savor and Shannon at the desk was terrific. Hotel is very clean, rooms are large, service is great, and has everything. We were coming back from a long road trip and checked into a hotel down the street only to leave within minutes, the hotel was beyond livable, and everyone was getting sick from second hand smoke (it was supposed to be smoke free). The area was pretty occupied but they had some rooms left and we registered. Shannon followed up with us to make sure everything was fine. We were very satisfied with the Fairfield, I rarely have problems with Marriott hotels

This place is CLEAN and is located near everything. The indoor pool is on the tiny side & walls are not that great for keeping noise out but the staff is friendly & helpful. Plenty of parking & breakfast is included if that's your thing. Each tyme I stay here is always relaxing and stress free. Check in/out could not be easier. I recommend setting up the room card keys on your smart device. It's convenient and you don't have to search for the card key after a long day of sun️ & fun. Thanks 4reading my review

Zero stars if I could! Did not get the room we paid for - GOT HALF THE SIZE! Beyond uncomfortable! Their excuse was that there must be a glitch in the system. - The front desk said - “well, at least you got a room” so insensitive! I have chronic pain, and need space in my bed and I am now crammed in a room on the edge of the bed. STAY AWAY!

The absolute worst customer service and ownership (Joshi hotels) that I've ever experienced in the hospitality industry

So far, it’s been great. Check-in was easy and efficient (which I very much appreciated trying to wrangle my 2-year-old). The room is clean and updated. The breakfast had a great selection. No complaints at all and I look forward to future stays!
