It has been my first time going to the dentist in a LONG time and the dentist and all the staff there made me feel so comfortable! I recommend this dentist 100%! They are fast and good at their job!

I needed an emergency appointment, the new owner was amazing.he took me right in! I had amazing time at this office.my boyfriend is even looking into getting an appointment at this office. I highly recommend this business! Also he was super friendly! Office was super clean well kept! They even offer complementary waters, sparkling waters, chapstick and coffee!

Highly recommend this office. Dr. Zenelaj and staff are so warm and welcoming. They have super convenient evening and weekend hours. I love how efficient they all are as well, I’m always in and out in under an hour. Can not recommend enough!

This was my very first trip to Fairless Hills Family Smiles. I was definitely optimistic going in, because my wife and I just got our first house here in PA (I’m from Brooklyn) and my job is literally 12 minutes from their location. I am happy to say that the entire experience trumps all other dental experiences in the past…HANDS DOWN…and this will now be my only go to spot for any and all dental work from this point forward. Fairless Hills Family Smiles, their staff, and Dr. Zenelaj were very precise and accommodating. They stuck to the treatment plan that was laid out specifically for me, which was a big deal (I have had bad experiences at other previous dental practices). DR. ALBANO ZENELAJ was the best, I called with tooth pain & they saw me that day. I had to have a root canal & he got me out of pain that day. Excellent work I will always go to DR. ALBANO ZENELAJ.

Dr. Al is awesome the practice is so friendly and helpful. I was so nervous to go to the denist but they were so kind and had great communication through my whole process. Dr. Al pulled my wisdom teeth and I felt no pain later in the day and was able to return to work the next day. Anyone looking for a denist should come here!

The service here was GREAT! The dentist is so friendly. If you have anxiety about the dentist PLEASE go here! They give you a heated lavender blanket/pillow I was so comfortable!

I highly recommend this place! I needed a new dentist that was local, found this place online and fell in love after the first appointment. Dr. Zenelaj was beyond kind and extremely welcoming. The front desk staff was beyond sweet and welcoming, the moment I walked in it felt as if I’ve been going here my whole life, extremely comfortable walking in. The support staff was also extremely welcoming, my favorite thing is everyone’s sense of humor! I have really bad anxiety and the entire staff made me feel so comfortable and at home. They are very transparent about cost and very knowledgeable about treatments you need. Very trustworthy people ️ Love love love this dentist!

As someone with extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, I hands down recommend Dr. Albi Zenelaj. He's nothing but kind, patient and professional. He also does an amazing job at making me feel calm and cared for by answering any questions and making sure I'm comfortable during each procedure. 10/10.wouldn't go to anyone else!

Highly recommend Dr. Zenelaj and his team! I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists, however he made me feel incredibly comfortable. Answered all the questions I had and walked me through the procedure as he was doing it. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Z and it makes me excited to continue my dental treatment! After my dentist retired, searching for a new dependable dentist has been difficult. Dr. Albano Zenelaj and his team have been a breath of fresh air and made the dental experience a pleasant one so far. Denise was very professional from my initial call; the office is very clean as well. The dentist takes his time to make you feel comfortable, answer your questions and complete your visit feeling content!

Repeat customer to this dental office. I’m very picky and I rate this dental office an A+. The secretarial staff was more than accommodating for my schedule. The office is meticulously clean…. I’m a RN I notice these things. The dentist, Dr. Zenelaj was outstanding! (I was started on a new medicine by my PCP, that caused sores, pain, dryness and the discomfort caused difficulty eating.). He examined my mouth and knew exactly what was wrong, diagnosed me immediately. Not only did I receive a wonderful dental cleaning, I was discharged with prescriptions that alleviated the sores and pain within my mouth. Which made me quite happy. Dr. Albi is by far the greatest dentist I have went to. He explains everything while he is doing any procedure. He makes sure you are informed and that you know all the options you have. Dr. Albi recently gave me a root canal and finished it for me within three sessions so I was in no pain. Not only did he help me when my other dentist told me I needed to go to a surgeon. He also was very friendly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I will be continuing to go to Dr. Albi for any other dentist need I have.
