Fairview Service Center and Mobility

Purchased snow tires off a wheel and tire website and had them mounted here. They had good communication and the front desk staff was friendly. Tires were installed correctly, pricing was reasonable, and service was quick.

I had an issue with my truck needing what I thought was a tire balance and rotation and that was not the main cause of my issues. Owner Zach and his team determined that my rack-n-pinion was the main cause and it needed replaced. Of course I didn't have the money for this expensive repair, but I did have my extended warranty that I purchased that does cover such a repair. But there was a mix up in the paperwork that was filed when I purchased it and the dealership worked directly with Zach and his business to get me taken care of. I was thoroughly pleased with the end results and the communication on the part of Zach at Fairview Service Center to keep me updated on what was happening and he even provided me with a vehicle to drive while they worked on my truck. I will always recommend this repair shop for any auto repair needs. Great team and great service. It is so nice to have good people that you can trust when it comes to repairs that you cannot do yourself. Thank you so much!

Hi Zack! I'm wondering about the status of parts you ordered last week (hub, spindle, brake pads, bearings etc) and the repairs to my 2008 ez loader boat trailer. You called me on Friday September 1 after you identified the needed repairs. I didn't have a chance to call you today (Sept 8) so I would appreciate an update as to where repairs stand and estimated completion date. Thank you Tom D

I had oil leaking into my spark plugs. I called and they were able to get me in within a week and replace the part. It was in and out quickly, had no issues since. Also had a realignment done with my other vehicle. All in all great service!

Overpriced, pressing expensive repairs that are not needed, while neglecting the ones that are. I have dealt with Mike Platz for years, Sharon and Debbie have always been extremely polite and helpful. Zach seems to be inexperienced as well as having a bad attitude about being questioned. Not sure what happened here, but my husband and I will not be returning

Although nice as well as a clean environment, I've found this place to be dishonest and untrustworthy.

Great place. Good honest work. They are all friendly. All the work is timely and of great quality.

Everyone communicates very well. The mechanics diagnose your vehicle in a timely manner and get you back on the road safely. Love working with them

Absolute great service center. The people are friendly, the mechanics are hard working, knowledgeable, and very good at there jobs. Reasonably priced for today's economy. I drive from in town to out, to be there because I trust their service. Very professional. Very clean place.
