Faithful At Home Care, Lancaster PA

Four weekends in a row the aides have called off and no one at the office bothered to fill the shift. I can’t go away on the weekends because my mother would be on her own and they wouldn’t fill the shifts. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the weekday aide is great. She shows up and takes great care of my mom.

The staff here is disrespectful and milks system
They are openly disrespectful to family, homeowners and guests. I have photographed one of there aids parking directly on a neighbors lawn and she became belligerent with me for taking a picture of her vehicle on another occasion the homeowner had to call the police on an aide because she wouldn't move her vehicle. There has also been issues where aides will come onto to family members in very inappropriate ways
When I call to report these issues as a family member of the patient they say nobody can talk to me to because " you don't have a clearance" to avoid taking a complaint.
Service here is terrible and they don't seem to have any intention of progressing the patient.
