In my days residing in Pennsylvania, Family Cleaners was my go-to for garment care. A new assignment within my company relocated my wife and me an hour's journey away, prompting a search for local alternatives. Yet, none matched the satisfaction I found with Family Cleaners. Thus, on occasions when beckoned to my headquarters, which was near Family Cleaners, I seized the opportunity to entrust our clothing to their expert care. Their service is nothing short of excellent, marked by a remarkable knack for recalling the names of a multitude of customers. In them, one witnesses the embodiment of excellence.

Highly dissappinted as I was over charged an addition $140. Items weren't even done correctly. Hoping they will redo with no issues. This will be the last time I will do business with this company. Can't even refer anyone anymore.

The owner who is a woman, is highly dishonest individual. Had someone drop off 12 dresses. She charge them an additional 10 per dress. Upon meeting with her, she demanded the money and barely did anything but wash the dresses. The pleated look like what they looked like when they went in. You pay based on what she deems you can afford. She is not
honest and doesn't do a good job, rips people off and denies, denies. Your business won't last long doing this. Even though you used to do a good job. You've become greedy and it will cost you in the long run.

Making an exaggerated profit is the goal. Overcharging people and not posting prices so as to charge based on what the owner thinks your affordability night be. When questioned about it, gets very annoyed and dismissive. If you want to save yourself the headache, don't do business here. Very shocked, you used to do good business many years ago. Over time you'll see the loss of clientelle and maybe wish you ad taken the constructive feedback.

Have been coming here for 10 years! I get the entire family alterations done they are amazing, professional and friendly. You will never be disappointed in their service

I dropped off a wool coat to be dry cleaned. When I picked the coat up, it looked brand new. My friend had also got a pair of pants shortened, they did a great job on them as well. I would tell everyone near me to try this place. Excellent work and the people were real friendly.

We had spilled oil on a silk comforter. Family cleaners got the stain and odor out. AND the puffy comforter was completely restored. Excellent work Thank you!

I've had a Suit, jacket, and pants altered by Julie. She's very professional and friendly and does great work. I go there on a regular basis now.
