Family Dentistry, Ephrata PA

Everyone here is so unbelievably nice! Gretchen and Dr. Pinto were AMAZING with my 3 year old today. Gretchen took the time to show her all the instruments and told her what they were used for then she polished her teeth. Dr. Pinto was gentle and kind. Just moved here from out of state and so thankful we chose Family Dentistry of Ephrata!

It seemed as though they were in a hurry. They must have been in a hurry to go home, as they beat us out to the car, while we were waiting on each other to finish.

I couldn’t have experienced a better experience at a dentist office. I hadn’t catched the name of my dentist assistant but she was just the nicest person! I normally don’t like going to dentist offices because I have anxiety but she didn’t make me feel nervous at all. She talked with me the whole time about our interests and it made me feel better about being there. The lady’s at the desk also made sure to take care of me at the end. Everyone was so kind and all had bright smiles. Would highly recommend this dentist office!

I’m a high anxiety panic kind of person so getting a crown is not something I look forward to. Nonetheless I am so happy and relieved that it is done. Doctor Pinto and Michelle patiently helped me through the process. They were very patient and positive with me. My visits are always way better than I expect them to be. I’m so happy that I found a quality place to get my teeth cared for. I highly recommend them. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Best dentist ever they are all pros! They all actually care about long term teeth health and what’s best for the patient and not just their pockets. The assistants also make you feel comfortable and actually have conversations with you. I recommend you go here!

Dr. Pinto is very nice and professional, all the staff there are very kind and welcoming. Sandy in particular helped us with appointments and contact with our insurance and helped us with all our concerns.
