It has taken me 35 yrs to find a dentist that makes me feel extremely comfortable without any anxiety med or having to pay for laughing gas she explained everything she was doing she stopped and allowed me to take breaks in between sessions I will continue going there as long as I can everyone there is the same way very pleasant compassionate I feel that they care for their patients

Dr. Petroff and her staff are wonderful people. I highly recommend them for all of your dental work. Her work is very good and her dental plans are fair. GOD BLESS them and their families.

The hygienist and Dr. Petrof were very nice, well knowledgable and answered all my questions thoroughly. They made me and my wife feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend going there.

The dentist here is wonderful! Office staff is also very professional and usually the wait time isn’t bad. The hygienist Rosa is great! Would recommend

It’s a very nice place. The people are super trustworthy. I came from another dentist where I had one or two cavities every check up I went and I was going for years. The one time they did a cavity over the previous cavity they had just put in the last visit, if I hadn’t of said anything they were gonna charge me for it. Any ways I left them and came here and feel 1000 times better about my choice. I feel safe because I feel like they’re really are looking out for my best interests. Also everyone’s super nice. Highly recommend

Rosa and Dr. Petroff were absolutely wonderful. They were accommodating and made me feel much better about my fears and insecurities considering I hadn't had a proper teeth cleaning in 10 years.

I had an amazing experience. The facility was very clean, and smelled great. The music playlist was so so good. I was greeted at the front desk by Marisol, who helped me sign a few documents to get started. She made sure my wait was not long at all. Rosa walked me to the back area, took X-rays and gave me recommendations. Dr. Petroff, came in, introduced herself and made sure I understood the entire process and suggested we do it in stages, to get the best results and observe the safest way. Rosa gave my teeth a deep cleaning, and was very knowledgeable and made me feel quite comfortable. My overall experience was incredible and I was treated with respect, kindness, and bubbly caring personalities. I highly recommend Family Dentistry Of Bensalem. I will be back. Thank you!

My first visit with this group was great. Dr P.and her staff were pleasant, accommodating and professional. Glad to have them for my dental care team!

My teeth had food jamming in between hurting my gums. She fix with a new crown and now I am feeling happy with the fix.

Very nice place, the girls are super friendly, there's really no wait time for your appointment (SUPER BONUS) they are clean and professional CLean and professional is what you want if someone's gonna stick their fingers in your mouth. It was an all around positive experience and on the plus side it's next to one of the best bakeries in Bensalem.

My visit to the Family Dentistry Of Bensalem with Stella Petroff D. M. D.and staff was a very surprisingly pleasent experience even though it was more than just a cleaning. They were very professional, friendly, and I am very happy I chose them as my dentist.

I’m coming to this place for few years. I found out that the regular dentist isn’t there anymore but there is a new dentist. A very professional dentist. She works great, made me feel comfortable and in my own personal opinion a lot better than the other Dentist.

I thought they were amazing! Both the dentist and hygienist were really thorough and good at explaining everything that they were doing, and my treatment plan for the future! I highly recommend it this dentist!

Well I still like the office but now w Dr.lugo gone, I have to find a new dentist, because Rosa the hygienist won’t do a regular cleaning unless I get scaling done. I can not get scaling done at this time, nor is it needed my gums and teeth are in great shape. So for now I just wanted X-rays, regular cleaning. Did x rays which is good but no cleaning. So now I have to go find a new dentist office just to have a normal cleaning done. Been coming here for 20 years. A waste of my time and money and an inconvenience. Part of the reason I went is to get a good cleaning before the holiday. Have some tartar and stains removed. I’ll get the one small cavity filled there, but after that have to go somewhere else for a cleaning. That’s insane. A shame. Not the same as Dr. Lugo. He would have met me when I am and would never push me into doing something I couldn’t do. Nor let me leave the practice because of it. Sure do miss him.

Always a good experience when I visit Family Dentistry of Bensalem. Staff is friendly and courteous, and always willing to assist with questions and concerns. I’ll continue to go here.
