Family Dollar, Williamsport PA

They never have cleaning products but like 1 day a month now.it's dirty and you have to wait in line like forever. Don't get me started on the people hanging out front.

We are regular customers of this store. I am friendly daily with most of the workers but today a new member and a manager decided they would make a quieted joke about my husband. RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM. All her heard was a comment about his being a " white" something or other. Absolutely will be addressing the issue next time I visit the store myself.

Dustin, Bobbie, Kiahna, Angel, and 2 others (I don't know by name yet) are the sweetest and friendliest of workers. It's a shame that the streets bad reviews because of people with no manners and piss poor customer service skills.

Corporate should step in and remove the workers who can't be bothered to have a good attitude.

They need to have security to keep the riff raff out of the store and don't allow kids without a adult my wife had her phone stolen out of the cart over there so keep your belongings on you when you are there and this has happened to other people

Staff was friendly and helpful but I really dont think the coolers are working right. Opened it up to grab a small milk and it stunk something awful. Milk was warm. Ice cream was soft. This is a health hazard

This location is extremely hostile. I really try not to go there because Every time i go there i don’t feel safe. The store manager is rude and doesn’t even bother to double check himself when he’s clearly wrong. I work hard for my money so if you mess up my order and overcharge me i have EVERY right to question you and not feel like i’m about to get jumped by every person in the store including you! I WILL NEVER FREQUENT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. When i asked for your boss’s name you refused to give it and told me you are the boss and that my money is now your money. Shame on you.

Great place they have worker there by the name Dustin Ellison he is one hell of a kind and nice worker and very helpful when others don't want too help.
He deserves a pay raise.

Staff is slow and mannerless. Store is filthy indoors and out. The area out front of the store is littered with rubbish, trash and several people loitering. Shelves are a disaster while carts of products are sitting around untouched and cases of merchendise are lining the isles with no one around to put it away.

They have what you need but good luck finding it and please arrive 20 minutes before you're departure time lol you will stand in line forever. I applied for a job here i hope they hire me so i can fix since stuff

Line is never easy to get in and out. Never fails the line Will b long no matter how many worker there. The workers are only reason I even gave stars at all. You have to have patience with how they are talked to and treated. I wouldn't last

Three fd's in williamsport and they all suck, someone higher in the company needs to get involved an fix these stores before I will be shopping in an family dollars again.

I like FD. It does need better up keep tho. Store is unorganized most of the time. Out side is a total mess. And then there have been people standing at the doors pushing Obama phones. And if you tell them no or you already have one. They continue to harass you. They are just annoying. But most of the workers are nice and have always been helpful. And If they had a few more workers the store could be organized much better. I do believe they are understaffed. I do see the workers try very hard. They need the support of the company itself.

The staff is extremely rude and slow. There is always long lines and the staff does not want to help customers. They were also rude to my child.
