Family Dollar, Steelton PA

This place should be reported, closed, permanently release staff (incl. Regional manager), store deep cleaned, restocked, rehire valued employees and grand reopening. The smell of urine is wafting once you walk up. There are layers of dirt all along the store, fixtures and merchandise. This is years worth. There are cobwebs and bugs everywhere even wrap-around their cameras. Employees have no filter and are having conversations about how they refuse to fo anything since " they just text all shift and aren't my boss". Yet their biggest concern is that the trash hasn't been taken out in a week and that the trash company at this rate will be paid to pick up an empty dumpster.

The people who work there are very rude especially the manager. I don't appreciate being watched and glared at especially when i shop there often. Only one girl is nice there. I do like the deals and selection.

The store cluttered of boxes people hardly get around to a different ale. The atmosphere was nice there was only one employee that I saw who the cashier

Its by far the most dirtiest unorganized family dollar.i never enter the store and see it clean or organized and I've been coming here for 3 years won't be going here much longer in fear of getting sick it is the worst store in steelton but its convenient and that's the only reason i gave it a star

Poor customer service, 15 people in line one cashier. Like this every time I shop Family Dollar in Steelton. FAMILY DOLLAR DON'T TREAT THIRE CUSTOMERS RIGHT

Store was a total mess, was hard to maneuver cart thru the isles. Some isles couldn't get thru.

This Family dollar is one of the worst one's I've ever been in, the store is constantly dirty, the shelves are often empty, the workers there are sort of ok, with the exception of a manager or supervisor there who's extremely ghetto, she's a heavy set white female with black hair and multiple ratios, none of which make her a bad employee, it's her attitude and behavior and constantly being on her phone and when someone goes to the register to check out she looks at them like why are u bothering me,

I can honestly say I really hate this dollar store. It's dirty, nothing's ever stocks right the walking Isles are always blocked. Customer service is the WORST! They're rude. They don't even bag up your stuff properly. The lady who was bagging up my stuff told me that corporate told her that she could only use one bag to bag of all that stuff and I told her to bag it up separately she did not when I left the counter two of my bags broke because she wanted to shove so much in those bags. The parking lot was dirty. I have nothing good to say about this Dollar Store. I even showed up one time when they were supposed to be open for about an hour they were still not open I knocked on the door the lights inside were on nobody answered I pulled off and I left. I can honestly say they need better management because if I was running it I would not have had stocks of stuff in the middle of the Isles I will not have bad customer service like that I would definitely not have a bunch of old stuff still on the shelves up I would actually have a clean store it's not hard to manage.

The store is not clean, never have enough of everything, long lines, and shuts down store hallf hour before time in the evening, but most cashiers are very polite

The manger Evelyn is very rude and disrespectful, she placed a rule stating no kids under 18 can enter a store without an immediate parent. My kids never did anything or stole from this store. I'm a mother who works 12 he a day shift to support my family so I dont have time to walk with them across the street to the store, to much of inconvenience for all. When asked her why she said because some kids messed up her store, I inform her to then stop for the ones who are doing this and let everyone purchase, her response was no my kids didn't do anything but she still won't allow them to come in no child without parent, Many times I went to this store and have see them allow other kids from their same neighborhood they live enter and purchase without a parent after she set this rule, will continue to push this forward as this is discrimation, if you set a rule let it be for all not for selective few you decide.

There is a we order there that I think should not be workin her father has 48 hours to live and her boss said it is not a family emergency she is crying her heart I feel sorry for her
