15It's always something going on at this family Dollar this time a lady purchase something had to return it and she snapped on the cashier -working with the public (stuff still to high)
The manager of this location could you please contact me ASAP my aunt who is 86 years old got spit in her face and assaulted by one of Employees, my family and I are really upset and determine To bring legal action against that employee could you please respond to this message in a timely fashion thank you
Please update the store hours. Went to this location at exactly 7: 45pm, banged on the door and was informed the store was closed. However according to the site and I even called to double check the closing time is 9pm.
Short staffed always and the staff they do have a rude and aggressive! They have temper tantrums like children and act ghetto including the managers! Never been so disrespected in a store by anyone. Especially staff!
Refused to let me shop with out a mask and they don't supply you with a mask so I had to leave and get my groceries elsewhere
It’s hood I saw the employees boyfriend fist fight a customer. I’ve seen them close early and pressure customers to hurry and leave and mad awkward. It’s the hood but it every terrible aspect.
They have a hard time keeping the shelves stocked up. A lot of products are still in the aisles boxed up on carts. So if.you don't mind opening up the boxes of the product your looking for it's OK but if not then I would go somewhere else where there are employees!
It uses to be betted now the staff has attitude problems be on the phone while ringing you up, rang up stuff doublr. The time before last the cashier made me feel like trash she checked all my money even my one dollar bills.
Store always empty employees and store manager are not friendly or have good customer service skills. I will never go there again and I live 3 minutes away.not until they get there act together. I'm spending money
It was a smaller store but 8t has so many good deals! The staff is also courteous and professional! Love it.

I am calling for a christmas tree it is 6: 06 pm and I done called twice now I have to walk 10 blocks to see they need to do there job or quit or fired thank you have a good day
They close at 8: 30, when it clearly says 9pm. When we were at ther door at 8: 34 pm, the man who I assumed was the manager refused to give a number to call about our complaint,
was calling us "broke, hungry, skinny, and that obviously that we were struggling! " But the best part was how he threatened us, enticing a fight, removing his employee lanyard, emptying his pockets, and even came out of the store pursuing us! My girlfriend was terrified as we were chased out of the parking lot! As two other employees laughed at us! We were also told it was OUR FAULT that they were looted and thus this reason of locking door early!
Horrible. My husband had a bandanna on, and they wouldn't let him in. They are approved for use too. Manager curses me out on the phone, doesn't care apparently about customers, she said to me, dont come here no more. I am reporting them. We have been in supermarket and other stores with no problems.
The store was busy while there was one cashier attending to customers as the manager busied herself placing items on the shelf one by one I was there to inquiring about applying for a job. The manager who's name is Linda Allegedly had a very nasty attitude. She's light completed with a dyed red natural ponytail) I was disheartened as I was told very rudly to ask the cashier for information about the job while the cashier was attending to a long line of customers. Do not shop there people of
