Most of it’s Inventory is Low and you usually can’t find what you came in the store to get.
I can find what I want, staff is friendly and helpful, i really like this one better than the one around the corner from my house. Its always neat and clean and never really a problem finding what I need.
Not too much on shelves. Had plenty of bleach and paper goods. No paper towels though. Polite cashier's.
The line always slow & I asked for an application & an employee was very nasty with her additude
Everyone in this store was friendly and things were easy to find. Not to mention the store was clean! If I needed help I'm sure they would've helped me. I'd visit this store again.
I was shopping and the security guard literally followed me to almost every isle I walked down. I was talking on the phone while shopping so I may have been taking a little longer than they may have been comfortable with. It was extremely annoying and he was not even inconspicuous. Why on earth would I give my money to an establishment that assumes I’m stealing from them? Not to mention your standing in the check out line for at least 10 minutes. I DO NOT SHOP IN STORES THAT ASSUME IM A THEIF
They do the best job with the customers the are given. Ppl going in there expecting TJ max stuff. Nope you at the family dollar, deal with it. Ppl so ghetto rich acting. Ppl need to try to act like they have home training. Or at least your mother taught you sum king of manners. Aa female speaking here. Never been disrespected because I give respect.
Customer service is nasty. All of them even the supervisor they don't look happy with what they do and they give off wrongs Vibes. I'll rather go to another one! They definitely NEEDS A NEW TEAM
Items don't stay in stock long at this store and prices are a little higher than other Family Dollars.
Awful place with nasty customer service. The workers there are constantly starting arguments with customers and half of the time refuse to do their job.
The worst family dollar in Philadelphia! Your wait is ALWAYS SUPER long! 1 maybe 2 cashiers but 4 registers. The lines are always dumb long and pass the aisles You would hate to go when you really need something out of there. Im glad that they are all over the city. They need to make their hiring process much better so they would have the employees they need! Smh
Love Family Dollar, stuff is terrific and they have most everything you need at a reasonable price.
Just ghetto employees fighting costumers, line always down the aisle. You go to get 1-3 items and will be in line for 15-25 minutes
They usually have what i need. I also notice that some of their items can be a few cents cheaper than other local Family Dollar stores.
I just love it the Price's are great and they always have good deal's and they have everything you need and more
I'm never thrilled when I have to check my bag in. It also felt like the store was poorly organized.
Very disorganized, usually very crowded with not enough cashiers, cashiers are usually very rude
