Family Dollar, Harrisburg PA

It's always dirty. There is so much clutter in the window, which could give one an overall perception by itself. The aisles are always bombarded with stock and they never have more than one cashier open no matter how crowded it is. I don't predict this Family Dollar lasting too much longer unless they get a thorough GM and productive manager.

If they are not going to keep this store stocked and clutter free they need to close it. The conditions inside are hazardous. Lawsuits just waiting to happen. Management need to hire quality people and keep a close eye on service until the both quality and service improve.

This store is going to the Pits. When this store opened years ago the shelves stayed stacked with merchandise. Now it looks like a hurricane has went through this store. Items are on the floor, the lines are really long, the employees are rude and this new manager needs to GO! She just likes having personal phone calls when help is needed in the store and gets a attitude. Somedays she puts up signs in the window that the store is closed.when there is 30 people outside waiting. The corporate office needs to look into the conduct of this store. If nothing is done costumers will shop somewhere else including ME. KEEP UP THE HORRIBLE WORK

So I pull up to the Family Dollar there is no sign indicating that they're closed but the associate was very rude and very clear on this closing to us we are closed no reason no explanation just wear clothes

Always crowded, now they hardly ever have what your looking for or they have carts full of un-stocked items in the isle's so to the company over ordering

Called five/six times, press 1,2,3, or wait for them and still no one answers. Very poor service. We would never call again. Wish their was a no star option. I'm thinking of calling corporate office on them.

Manager is horrible. Return policy is horrible. It says you may return for the SAME ITEM with A receipt. Well the item didn't fit. Does that make sense? So basically you lose your money. They wouldn't even give me a store credit. Horrible!

The store was a disaster zone. Moat of the shelfs were empty and what stock was there was setting on carts waiting to be put away. I saw 3 employees and two of them were running register with a very long line. Management needs to make some major changea at this particular store.

The store is just dirty you couldn't even walk in it. I had to walk around everything on the floor i will never go back there

This store is atrocious.shelves are always empty, product thrown everywhere.it's like the workers don't even try to keep any part of the store tidy. I like Family Dollar in general but this store is never tidy. Its an embarrassment to the franchise. It's a shame because this one is so close to my home.

The cashier was eating at the time I checked out. So she wiped her hand on her pants then grabbed my items. I'm going to a different one next time.

Funny Koreans plate staff. I was very helpful help me find the items you need I get you in and out very very quickly always satisfied

I'd give no stars but that wasnt an option. The parking lot is filled with trash and the trash can was overflowing. The store was so cold in the middle of winter. My daughter asked to use the bathroom and 'manager' lied and rudley told my child they didnt have a bathroom. Also there was a line and he didnt even get up to help until the line was almost gone. They dont even have i sign saying where the line even starts.

Messy and they couldnt give a straight answer when i asked about a cap i wanted to buy. The place is a mess and you could hardly walk. It looked like a tornado hit the place really.

Cashier's was Nice, thou, the has to get the floors clean. A lot of item's on the floor - in each isle. (safety hazard)

It needs more Improvement there's always stuff on the floor waiting for someone to trip the floors are dirty and a cashier they never greet anyone they need to get someone and need to clean up that place if you're hiring for manager I'm available I'll get that place cleaned up looking good and have the customers come back for some more thank you

It good only when they have enough cashier's upfront to get the customers out faster that's the only problem with them and the trash around the front of the store and the parking lot and the mayflies that fly around the front of the store and sometimes thatake customers don't even want to go to the store and shop.

Prices aren't too bad here but the aisles are not wide enough or have things in the way and I can't get down them in my wheel chair.

Had a great experience great customer service parking spaces were available and it was close to my house

8 blocks down from me I'm cool with that other than that cashier's never smile and always 1 d**m line open
