This is a great office. I have been coming to them for years to keep up on my sight. The Doctors are great.

Dr. Pavlica and the staff are always accommodating. They will work with you to schedule appointments. With road construction I have been late or missed my appointment. They understood and did everything to get me to see Dr. Pavlica.

Since becoming a patient at family eye group in 2019. I have had nothing but great service from the moment I walk in. Great doctors and great people all around thank you so much for all you do for me and the people of this community.

The service is A+. Receptionists are very friendly and professional. Waiting time was only 15 minutes at the most. My physician is very patient, he listened to all my questions and concerns. Answered them so I could understand what was going on with my sight.

Dr. Leckenby and Pavlica are excellent! Both take time to answer all questions and are very thorough in their exams. I would highly recommend both.

Dr. Leckemby is patient and dedicated. Actively listens to concerns and explains findings with care. I never feel rushed or dismissed when I to see him for checkups. A+ care!

The doctors here are great However, when calling by phone to make an appointment, they seem pretty rude and bothered. How about a "Hello, how are you today? " Also, they have a contact form on their website but don't try it because no one ever replies.

I have the highest praise for the skill and professionalism of Dr. Michael Pavlica. Back in the late 90’s I had a detached retina in one eye and in early 2001 the same thing in the other eye. Dr. Pavlica reattached the retina to the eye wall in each eye. Surgery was successful each time. Over the past 20+ years when I would see Dr. Pavlica for a checkup he would always show concern and provide valuable guidance for me to maintain my vision. More than that, he would let me know that I could call any time if I had a concern. Dr. Michael Pavlica has earned my highest recommendation for anyone with eye issues or retina concerns. Thank you Dr. Pavlica! I can’t thank you enough for the gift of sight that you have helped me to maintain for the past 20+ years.

Absolutey the worst experience ever. Was that bad that doctors nurse apologized for how badly I was treated by the dr.

I have been with the practice since it's inception and have never looked back. Dr. Pavlica has been my doctor since he came to Lancaster County.

Front desk employees are very rude and un professional. Doctor is ok. Very long wait time

The doctor was great. The optical shop was rude and tried to refuse to give me my prescription when they didn't have any glasses that fit me

Excellent, efficient and kind are how I describe both staff and doctor. I had eye injections elsewhere before and it was painfull, but dr. PAVLICA, Michael R, MD gave me nearly PAINLESS injections and his calm demeanor stopped my nerves, as he addressed my concerns. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Pavlica is an excellent doctor. I have always received excellent care from him. The young woman who did my preliminary screening and administered the eye drops was pleasant and efficient. She also performed a test that was ordered. The women who check in patients and check out patients were also efficient but were not as pleasant as the rest of the staff.
