Horrible customer service. Will not see prior customers if you do not see them every year. Some customers do not need an exam every year.

I had some discomfort in one eye. They promptly got back to me & saw me within 2 hours. Dr Wolfinger & staff are all excellent and treated me so well!

It was a great visit. Love the way they run the office. I was early.and left early. Good job. And my new lens made a big difference.

Dr Kevin and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I prefer this office so much that despite my insurance change causing me to have to pay out of pocket, I still stick with them. They're worth every penny. I'm the kind of patient who likes explanations. I find eyes and vision fascinating, and Dr Kevin very patiently explained several concepts and even went over my retinal scan results with me and compared them to last year's. I didn't have to wait months to get an appointment, which is super nice because I always wait just a little too long to come in and get close to running out of contacts every time. I've been going to the eye doctor for 33 years, and this office is the most efficient and least likely to run a bunch of unnecessary tests. Honesty in any business is a rare thing these days, and it's fantastic to know I can count on that with Dr Kevin and his team. Thanks for everything you do!

Wow I was at work I got a piece of debris in my left eye it was very very painful I just stopped in at family eye and vision without an appointment they took me right and put drops in my eyes to relieve the pain and got the debris out of my eye I'm very thankful that they took me as I walk in and fixed me right up I highly recommend them they are very polite and professional
