Family Eyecare Center: Eye Doctor, Optometrist in Hatfield Souderton, PA

Our whole family went for eye exams (2 adults, a 9 year old and a 6 year old). They were so nice and Dr. Chacha was very thorough. She spent a lot of time with each person and never made it feel rushed like some other places do. Her and everyone else that worked there were very helpful in selecting glasses. There was no pressure but they ended up picking out the glasses that we purchased. They knew what would look better on us than we did ourselves! Also, it was a very nice and clean office. They are careful to disinfect everything due to covid.

My husband and I have been going here since they first opened. Excellent care. Dr. Chacha is very knowledgeable. The environment is always very clean and a warm friendly place. Highly recommend.

Dr. Chacha is like part of our 2nd family. I have been going to her for contacts/eye exams for several years now and my family goes as well. She has become a staple in our yearly doctor's visits and is always so sweet, willing to chat and engaged in my life from both a personal and health perspective. Dr. Neena is an excellent physician and helped me a great deal by updating my prescription. They have a great selection of stylish frames and they helped me choose the perfect ones.

Last year We received sunglasses with different shade lenses in them. It took a long time to get them replaced. This year we went somewhere else. What a difference in customer service. When I looked back we were rushed through and nothing was explained. When I picked up my prescription glasses they were just handed to me. Since this was my first time getting glasses I didn't know they was a process you should go thru before leaving the store.

My eyeglasses were from 2014, and it was time for an updated prescription. My previous eye doctor was out of state, so I had to find a new one here. I am very plessed with Doctor Chacha. She is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything. She also makes sure she understands how you will be using your glasses (how far you will be from computer screens, the angle you look at the screens, etc.) in order to optimize your prescription. I am very happy with how my glasses turned out. I really like that evening hours are available as well. This made picking up my glasses very convenient.

Owners are less interested to entertain you. Checkup was done in less than 10 minutes and no one is so much interested to show me the glasses if you want to buy one from there. It was good before but my last visit was not satisfying at all. I had my 3 prescription old glasses with me to make sure I get different frame this time but I left the office without getting any glasses even if my numbers were changed.
No proper explanation of my eyes evaluation. Not a single question like "do you have any other problem/issue with your eyes or vision? "
Less then 10 minutes and handed me over the new proscription paper and done.
Even if there was only one person there at that time which was me. No other patient was there.
I want to buy glasses from there but I think now I will use the proscription and buy it from somewhere else where people are interested to show me some frames AT LEAST.

Dr. Chacha has been amazing to our whole family, going well beyond the standard visit. She and her staff have always asked about the family and answered every question we have asked. When my wife had an issue right before our wedding, Dr. Chacha helped line everything up to make sure it was taken care of by people she recommended. Glasses, contacts, eye issues, or simple frame adjustments, Family Eyecare Center takes care of everything and makes it all so pleasant and simple!

As for me? Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! I totally trust my eyes and vision with Family Eyecare Center! Been going there for about 5 years now and I’ll stay as long as they do! They’ll have to run me off. Love you guys!

I had to write something. Dr Neena Chacha is AMAZING. This place is the best. A solid family run business. You always feel like you are #1 when you are there. Her and her husband couldn't be nicer. I bring my entire family there and we all love it. 5 STARS +

This business has moved from a strip mall in Hatfield to this more inviting and wonderfully reconstructed building. They are the friendliest people I have met in a long time. Every one in my family is now a patient and I will be converting very shortly when my next appointment is due. Good luck in your new location!
