Family Foot Center, Pittsburgh PA

The service is simple. My mom called in made the appointment, for me and i was running late due to traffic but the doc still seen me 20 minutes late. The procedure is next to nearly painless also thanks to the doc. Whenever i have a problem I know where to go.

Visited this place May of 2021 and never returned because the office is a mess, unclean, and clearly poorly run. I went to Associates in Podiatry instead, which I highly recommend.

Why the post now? Because their business is run so haphazardly that they sent me a bill more than a year and a half after the visit!

Very horrible customer service today. I was in the office for a procedure today and brought my friend along. Richard, the assistant, told me I could bring my friend back after I was done soaking. Once I was in the room I asked the doctor if she could come back and she said “she doesn’t want to or need to see your toe”. Then Richard sent my friend back and the doctor told my friend, “once I start, you leave” in a very rude and disrespectful way. A few hours later I called back to cancel my follow up appointment and told them I was not going to be returning due to the poor customer service. Richard hung up on me in the middle of the conversation and was very rude. I will be going elsewhere for my follow up and would not recommend coming here.

Unprofessional service. Dr was kind and professional, however the assistant taking my payment was not ethical or professional. Overcharged me because they "didn't believe me" regarding my copay listed and deductible being met for the year. Called my insurance on the way home and they informed me I was overcharged. Followed up with a call to their office to discuss and was met with hostile tone and he said, "quite frankly, I just didn't believe you". Avoid the headache and go elsewhere.

Hey, these folks will take care of you. I called early in the morning, I was sitting in a chair by noon. Chick-Fil-a service in the foot doctor profession. Anything is possible! Thanks Family Foot Center! Great job

I had a very positive experience at the center- i was greeted warmly the doctor was very amiable and took good care of me. She was very knowledgeable and attentive. My foot was treated quickly and she was very gentle and careful not to cause me any extra pain. I walked out feeling much better.

The whole team at family foot center is awesome. They are knowledgeable and friendly and ensure you get what you need. I walked in with a foot condition and walked our with a wealth of knowledge and orthotics to help treat my foot condition.

I went to Dr. Gruarin for an issue that I was dealing with for over a year and she fixed it with one visit! She is very friendly and knows what she’s doing.
