I took my daughter for a 3: 40pm appointment and as I stepped over to the reception desk the receptionist said it was 3: 41pm and that I could not be seen as we were late and will have to reschedule the appointment for the next day. I apologized for being late and tried to reason with her, but instead I was given lots of explanations on how it was their policy to turn patients a way in these type cases. It seems that this medical office is more focused on their policies instead of trying to be a bit more understanding towards sick kids who are late by one minute.
